After calling to enlist services of Complete in june, once the home was placed we called and were placed on their waiting list. it took them 8.5 weeks to come to my property to install well after stating it would only take 3 weeks for them to come out. on 10/19/2023 they came out and finally installed/drilled the well giving us a total bill of $6475, they committed to provide clean drinking and bathing water through a private well. Clean usable water was not provided and quote given by company was not followed. it took over a month to receive help from an outside company that i had to contact. complete would not provide assistance or fix problem and blamed the issue on the customer (myself) ******* ****** also stated that he would never be returning to my property and had never had this many issues with a customer or the county before, after i reached out to him to ask for a solution to our issue with the sulfur and iron water. The water had a rate of 1.1 ppm of Iron and Sulfur smell, this caused water lines, appliances, sinks, toilets, and showers to rust and stain. only solution was to drill a new well in which complete stated they would give us a new pump, and extend water lines and electrical but nothing else. and that the cost of anything else would have to be covered by the customer (myself) We went without usable water in our home for 1 month and 9 days after being directed to not “drink, cook with, or use this water in appliances”. We only received useable water after having a new well drilled by and outside company leaving us with another bill of $4675 that we cannot pay currently due to having just paid complete septic tank $6475.
