      Company wrapped my pickup truck and within 5 months has attempted to repair once. The repair also did the same peeling and rolling of material. Owner has stated multiple times he is gonna refund money for service but at this time he has not done so. I’m not asking for anymore then I paid him to wrap truck I just want my money back because the service he provide is not up to standards. He has ran me around and made promises he has not kept. Now I have to go somewhere else to have it done again at double the cost because the current wrap has to be removed and new wrap installed.

      Originally contacted *** ******* the owner, on 12.10.21 to purchase a vehicle wrap for my 2021 F-150. On 12.11.21 I paid the invoice via my BofA Credit card to Graphics Unlimited LLC for a vehicle wrap. We scheduled the work to be done in the first week of January. This was completed. After leaving, *** mentioned the bubbles in the wrap and that it had a warranty if they didn't come out. They didn't. So I called *** and drove back down to Bluffton to his shop and they attempted the fix (this is mid march already). This did not work. So, they ordered another material. After a waiting period I contacted them on 3.31 via email asking if we can move forward with the warranty work. There was a period until 4.14 of no response. Then, we rescheduled for 4.29, then as he claimed to have health concerns, 5.9. When I went to the shop this ***e, there was no material waiting for the installation, so I left my truck with *** for 7 days as he claimed it was coming in. Then, I picked up my truck. Telling *** to let me know when it came in. I left it with him again on 6.27 this ***e *** and his team removed my old wrap (defective) and never put on the new warrantied one. I came to pick it up after 10 days of no communication from *** with spots all over from the old wrap. He assured me that the refund I was asking for would be put back on my CC, but he never did this. I followed up asking to send a check on 7.8 and 7.13 and 7.26. I did not receive a check as promised.

      Around end of April, 2022, I contacted the owner of Graphics Unlimited, LLC, ******* ****** about vehicle wrap, after I prepaid $2,473.53 to owner I picked a color and spoke with owner who said he would order the vinyl wrap and contact me, which the supply chain was slower but he would call me. Around June 15, 2022 a guy who recommended Graphics Unlimited told me the owner was trying to contact me and I missed my appointment. I never received a call or text from owner at this point so I went to the business and left a note with the installer because the owner was by there. The owner finally said he lost his phone, or some other excuse and said my vinyl was in and he told me to bring my vehicle on June 24, 2022 and to leave the key in the vehicle and his installer would be there soon. I did not hear from him until I called Sunday 26 June in the afternoon because I was under the impression the wrap was getting put on. The owner says he had a mild heart attack Friday. On 27 June I went to the business where my car sat untouched with the key still in it all weekend. I told the owner I gave him ample time to install the wrap so I wanted a refund. He agreed and said he would process it that day on the 27th of June 2022. I told him I wanted confirmation which he didn’t reply. On the 29th of June I texted him asking for a status of refund and again a confirmation of it. He said it takes 3 to 5 business days to process. I paid through Intuit Quick Books and they actually say 7 to 9 business days. On 12 July I texted him again for the status and confirmation which he said he would reply back. I have asked the owner numerous times, I have the whole text conversation. He won’t call or text back and gives excuse after excuse.
