my wife purchased the wouxun KG UV920P-A BASE station ham radio bundle from buy2wayradios owned by cricket ventures LLC located in our home *********************** *********, for my christmas gift and to start my new hobby,, when we recieved the radio bundle the unit itself appeared to be damaged and in very bad used conditiion, the face plate fell off as soon as i picked it up, it looked as if someone had already installed it. it did not work period, so we contacted the company through the site where it was purchased and was told by the company personal rudely to make sure we placed all items back in the box just as it was recieved, or it would discared and not excepted back, so we done exactly as instructed, and it was shipped back the next day,, after a few days i emailed the person back we spoke too about the progress of the return/exchange twice over a 2 week period and never heard back, today 12/18/22 we recieved a package from 2way radios with another unit inside that again appeared to be a used open box type unit and there were several key items missing from this used gone through replacement such as the manual, mounting hardware, and the main ******** the RED PROGRAMMING CABLE, well merry christmas disappointment #2,, as far as i can tell there is no prior inspection of the contents of these(NEW) radios such as a checklist of all advertised included parts,, i sent out an email immediatly and i dont exspect a responce just as before,, all i want is what every customer wants is just what i paid for, nothing more,, and its definely evident that customer satisfaction does not exist once they recieve payment the s******* beginsand your own your own,, i dont intend on even trying to turn the unit on or even this brand anymore,, its been a frustration and most of all disappointing exsperence at Chritmas, it has my wife and i both depressed , ,, this was suppose to be a new hobby and a happy relaxed time of year, its not been that way,, were not rich by a long shot and what we have we cherish,, my wife worked a part time job this year just so she could buy this radio for me this year, because its not cheap to us, and shes been in tears over this, i have been pretending to just love it as to notr hurt her feelings,, she feels like she ruind my christmas for purchasing the radio bundle from them, because of whatwe have gotten, i told her its fine i love it, because its about love,, but i want use it, this exsperence has soured me to the hobby because of what it done to her for her trying to please me as always. Ordered an expensive radio from the company on May 10th. The order was lost May 16th and I have asked repeatedly for a refund from "Zedd" on their website chat. I keep getting told they are waiting on *** to investigate and to wait a few more days. I am then told that they refuse a refund until *** finishes their work. Was lied to repeatedly by customer service. Did not even want to use *** but they recommended it so I paid the extra fees. This company thinks they can hold on to customers money as long as they want to, lies to customers and generally just doesn't care about being honest and fair.Business response

The customer is correct. Our process was flawed for handling shipments that were lost in transit and we should have absolutely refunded him much earlier in the process. I have issued the customer a full refund and I've taken steps to correct our process for future customers.

Hello, my name is ***********************,On last Friday, May 13th, my home stop working. I went to *************************** gave me Assurant phone number. I took the phone to apple store. I called Assurant back & they promised me, they would give me a phone on last Saturday. Then, *** mentioned that my phone was coming Monday May 16th. Now *** is saying the phone is stolen. I need my phone bad. I'm using someone else device. Please help me! I feel like this is truly unfair, it's been a week and my issue isnt resolved.Business response

It sounds as if this is a case of mistaken identity. Our company is Cricket Ventures, LLC and we operate the website BuyTwoWayRadios.com. Based on the complaint, I am guessing that this may have been intended for the Cricket mobile phone company. We do not sell phones.
If I am incorrect, please let me know and we will certainly work towards a resolution.
