Ron Clyde acted as our buying agent. He was fully instructed to comply with whatever the seller was requesting for the sale of the property in our offer. Ater 6 incorrect offers and accusing the seller's agent of an ethics violation, they refused to work with him or us anymore, ultimately causing us to lose our purchase. He refused to refund the $300 fee, and refuses to give us a release so that we may find a reputable agent.
