Began contact with landscaping company on March 14, 2023. Asked for estimate on grass for an enclosed lawn. Arrived for appraisal on March 20. Had to contact again on March 31 since no estimate had been provided. Estimate issued was questioned because the measurements of lawn were inaccurate. No resolution of cost dispute. After recontacting them they arrived for installation unannounced. (cost still in dispute) Shoddy workmanship, no supervision of workers who could not speak English. Internet cable cut. Denied that they had cut cable. Disputed responsibility. Sod improperly installed promptly washed away and rotted from rain. First bill sent July 28 for work done on May 4. Charged for late fee when it was the first notification sent. Have not responded to my attempts to address issues. Another bill sent with added late fee.
