I recently contacted multiple companies to address a leak issue in my property and provide me with an estimate. Although several companies visited my property, only one of them provided me with an estimate. Interestingly, the other companies assured me that they would handle the insurance process. However, being a contractor myself, I understand the implications of such arrangements, as they often result in overbilling and unnecessary supplements. Consequently, I preferred to negotiate a fixed price and handle the insurance matters independently. Empire Roofing stood out from the rest by accommodating my preference. They promptly provided me with an estimate and exhibited a commendable level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Unlike the other companies, Empire Roofing did not pester me with follow-up calls or pushy sales tactics. They allowed me to reach out when I was ready to proceed. Once I gave them the green light, they efficiently ordered the required shingles and swiftly completed the roofing job, covering a substantial area of 34 squares in just one day and a few additional hours. Moreover, their commitment to ensuring a clean and debris-free environment was commendable. They meticulously cleaned up all the nails and debris, leaving my property in pristine condition. Furthermore, I was pleased to receive a follow-up from Empire Roofing a week after the completion of the project. This demonstrated their dedication to customer satisfaction and their willingness to address any lingering concerns or questions I might have had. Overall, my experience with Empire Roofing was exceptional. Their service was truly wonderful, and their team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

First I would like to introduce myself as a 65 year home owner. married and raising grandchildren. I have been around the block countless times in dealing with contractors, ranging from repairs, remodels and upgrades. Without hesitation I will say Tim and his Team are the MOST Professional, Courteous, Dependable, Trustworthy Team I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. From Day 1, Tim was fast to respond to my request for an estimate, and return with a contract that was not only well presented but better than any other estimate I had received. Tim's commitment at first I believed to good to be true, how could he make such a commitment on such a short timeline ? I was remarkably amazed that he not only met his commitment but exceeded it in all expectations (both time and quality). Tim's crews were so friendly, and work solid, these folks knew what they were doing without a doubt. My Comment to everyone is that if you are graced with the chance to hire Empire Roofing and remodeling "JUMP ON IT" The industry needs MORE people Like Tim and his teams, Hats off and total respect !!!!!!!!!!! On a side note: I am at very least the most picky and critical homeowner most contractors will every meet, and of all the work I have every had done to my homes, Empire Roofing and remodeling is the ONLY company I have every endorsed. This Company is going nowhere but UP !
