They hooked up furnace and air conditioning wrong I want them to reimburse the 8,000 dollar as the contact are always rusting every single year I have to have contacts cleaned as they rust the furnace and air conditioning is still under warrantyBusiness response

These furnace and air conditioning units were installed 6 years ago on 10/18/2018. We are out of business but do not recall ever receiving complaints from this customer until last year when they called about the furnace burners being dirty/rusty. I went to the house in 2023 in response to her call and did a thorough cleaning of the burners at no charge to the customer. Her basement was damp last year and we talked about her possibly needing a dehumidifier to remedy that issue. The customer called again a couple weeks ago with the same issue and I let her (***** is our customer) know she'd need to contact a local company as we no longer service the area. Today, October 21, 2024, after ***** ******* received the notice of complaint in the mail, I called ***** and let her know the name of the new ******* dealer in the area. Our suggestion for resolution is to put ***** in contact with the new ******* dealer so she has a contact if she has issues in the future.
