      I purchased a 2018 dodge ram bighorn on 9/16/2023 from AutoMaxx of Aberdeen, sd i have had the vehicle approx 8 months. Vehicle started have issues with it locked the doors and starting by itself without the keys. Took to dealership was unable to see service so i decided to trade in vehicle. Found out at that time vehicle was salvaged and not worth the money i paid. I paid 29,305.00 dollars. Dealership gave me a carfax report showing the vehicle was a total loss on 10/12/2020. Due to changing of state from Michigan to South Dakota title was never branded as it should have been. Requesting that dealership buys back the loan and take s vehicle back due to of what i understand to be fraud beings i was never told about the total loss and title issues.

      Here is the copy of the Title for His truck. As you can see there is no Brand on the actual Title. We would have no reason to believe it has as salvage title. We pull Autocheck at our store-Also stated as having a Clean title.

      So November 13, 2020 I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Automax Aberdeen well first they had false advertising representation because it told me when I went up there. The ad was zero down your job is your credit that wasn’t the case I had to put $2200 down, which was legally done because they split it between five credit cards, my three of mine and two of my ex now on top of Aiden fully disclosed all information because if I known the transmission was bad I went and bought it. They told me that I had to get these in warranty or I couldn’t leave the lot with it so I purchased it , I forgot about it so another violation right there the finance charge is the sum of all charges and they just kept tacking things on numerous times and came back with a different offer that I have documents that is not my handwriting, but that goes with what ******* *** sent me back in December, which is only four pages. I like 20 some page contract is not making sense when I requested for every day they also can’t prove , anything they can’t prove me nobody can nothing I signed the papers was mine through the government. The treasury paid that obligation United States plus no credit can be denied, but they denied it until I had a cosigner. My ex-wife was there with me, but they can’t prove where the money came from , the fraud and then my name so I didn’t. They tell me that my transmission wasn’t covered under the extended warranty that I purchased for $1800. They have a lifetime guarantee when I have a problem I call him up at lifetime they ain’t doing nothing they never did purchase the vehicle November 13, however hesitating a previous complaint on with the funniest coming. I’ve got paperwork that was sent to me in December. Finally was not all there, but you forged the dates wrong. Another contract is not void. They cannot finance camp cannot repossess my truck and I need that stuff. I’m on my credit report committed fraud and forgery

      This is the bill for transmission that was supposed to be under extended warranty I purchased but was told I didn’t have it and then told I do have it but transmission not covered under the warranty which should have been because powertrain includes transmission

      Hello, after reading the complaint above I am not sure what the actual complaint is.  When ****** bought the pickup we gave him all the information to make and informed decision about purchasing the pickup he picked out and what the terms would be.  As with any case by case scenario sometimes the exact pickup or vehicle a customer wants does not follow the specific ad so adjustments must be made, whether that is money down or a co-signer.  If I recall I belief ****** reached out about the transmission and he had exceeded the warranty's mileage limits.  As far as any other complaints I would love to help clear up any questions or concerns ****** has.   Thanks

      False advertising, had an ad that they posted to Social Media an inquired about it, made the trip up to ******** to have them buy my vehicle like the ad stated. And they didnt follow through with what the ad stated that they would do.
