I purchased $****** worth of car washes on 12/7/22 and I still haven't been able to use the car wash even once. I tried again on 12/28/22. They never mailed me a car wash card and they won't reply to my emails and texts and phone calls. I have even contacted them on ********. I first left them a message on 12/10/22. Never a single reply. The message was on the contact us feature on their website. I went to your website and the instructions make it sound like I need a smart phone to use the wash. I have a dumb phone. Will you be mailing me a wash card? Please let me know! Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2023/01/09) */ I apologize for any misunderstanding. I believe I talked to the customer one time in December and we found out the payment wasn't logged in our system correctly. I did send off a card that day so if she did not receive that in the mail I apologize. I have been gone this past week but tried calling before I left and now when I've been back. There is no answer, and the voice mail box is full, so I am unable to leave a message. We do not have a ************* so there is no way there could have been a message left for us on there. There is another wash in the area with a similar name that others have gotten us mixed up with which I think is what may have happened. I would be glad to help sort this out if we can get ahold of each other. Thank you! I have never spoken with anyone from this business and I never got a card. They kept my money and never provided the service I paid for. I tried to contact them for over a month, and I shouldn't have to waste all this time when I paid for this service. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2023/01/13) */ We refunded this consumer's card $*** yesterday on 1.12.2023. She should see the refund back in her account in 2-3 business days. I couldn't get a single reply until after I filed a Better Business Bur. complaint. They have yet to explain why they ignored me for over a month. They lied when they said they spoke to me over the phone. I have proof of the correspondence I sent them. I started keeping the correspondence when the would not reply. Why did they keep my Christmas money for over a month? Then they acted like it was my fault claim they spoke to me when they did not. I will warn people to avoid this company
