      The order in question was a replacement order from the customer.  We have been in direct communication with this customer.  We processed a replacement order on 8/5/2024.  The order has shipped and was marked as delivered on 8/9. The customer never responded to us after we indicated that a replacement would be processed. We encourage the customer to contact us directly.

      I placed an order with All About Vibe and despite it saying it was shipped it continues to say shipment delayed but still on its way for weeks. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The order # is ******. I have emailed them at least 5 times with no response. I have tried to call but any number listed for them doesnt work. I need help contacting the company to get them to get the order fulfilled and delivered.

      All of the emails received were responded to each time.  **** has delayed many packages shipped between Dec and now, so this is not something we could have prevented.  The original order was finally delivered by **** on 2/12/24 and as a courtesy, the shipping fee was refunded.  A gift card for the inconvenience was also emailed.

      I ordered 3 pillows on Jan 12, 2023. Til this day I have NOT received my order. I have sent numerous emails with no response received, phone calls left unanswered, and FB chat giving me the run around. Today I followed up again via FB chat and was given a link to request replacement pillows. When I advised that I did not want replacements but a refund instead, my message was seen and ignored. 3 hours later I messaged them again requesting a refund and I was told that they would send a request to process. WHY the run around and lack in response? Do you not care about your business and customers?? I want my refund to be processed immediately. I am done going back and forth chasing after my order.

      All messages sent through social media were replied to.  No emails were ever received by the support@allaboutvibe team or those would have replied to as well.  The refund was being processed and was confirmed as soon as the task was completed. The refund was issued as the original order was lost in transit and a replacement was not accepted when it was offered.  We were not aware of the package being lost until receiving the message on social media. Often times packages are delivered and the tracking never updates or updates well after the delivery has taken place.  Had we known sooner, we would have issued a replacement much sooner than it was originally offered.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I feel that the company is not owning up to its lack of communication. Instead of apologizing, they are placing the blame on the customer. Attached are the emails sent to this unprofessional company along with the ** messages. After my emails were not responded to nor my phone calls addressed, I had no choice but to result to messaging them on social media. That was my last resort.

      At the VERY least, Apologize to your customer and check your system for failure as after reading several complaints about this company, it is evident that I am not the first person to have this issue.

      Noone should not have to BEG for an update on their orders. How dare you blame me and reply to this complaint basically stating that I was lying about sending you emails?

      My order is ****** I paid $80 plus tax and $14.95 priority shipping.I placed my order for three custom shaped pillows from All About Vibe on December 10, 2023. I paid $14.95 for priority shipping, which stated I would get within **** business days -CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED. Understanding there was no way to guarantee a package, I paid the priority shipping, understanding the **** business day timeframe would fall on arrival between December *****. I tried to call customer support on December 22 and no one answered, instead I received a voicemail box, to which no one has returned my call since that point (today is December 27). I also emailed the support team on Friday December 22, and they responded that normal shipping days during the holiday season usually take **** business days transit time for priority shipping. However, this does not include our production days of 5-8 business days. No where when ordering did it state that there would be a production time of that length followed by a long shipping time. I asked ******* for a refund of my priority shipping but I received no response. The lack of transparency on the lengthy production time is misleading and I would not have ordered the pillows. There are other vendors offering similar products that I wouldve chosen. On December 26, I received an email that my order was packed. This is 12 business days after I placed my order. That is an even longer time than stated by the customer service rep. I paid for priority shipping, and nothing about my order has been priority. I want my money for shipping refunded.

      I ordered 6 pillows with the buy one get one deal on December 9th. My order was confirmed right away and I understood that delivery was not guaranteed before Christmas. It shows my order was packed up and a label was created on December 22, then cancelled. I have not received any update thus further. I have emailed twice without a response. I did contact their resolution center and asked for a replacement due to non delivery. I can not find a contact number or chat to contact the company directly. I have ordered before and loved their products. I am a bit let down that I am unable to contact someone directly. I would just like my order.

      The customer was contacted after a replacement request had been submitted.  The proof of delivery was provided and the customer was notified that the request for a replacement order would be canceled since her order was delivered. *********** responded that she in fact did receive the order and apologized.  Emails were not received prior to the company reaching out to her about the delivery being made, however, we are happy that the order was received.

      We did not receive any emails from **************  The email address associated with the order was **************************.  The order confirmation was sent on 12/7/23 and the shipping confirmation was sent on 12/19/23.  The package was delivered on 12/21/23 and the delivery confirmation was also emailed to the customer.  It is difficult to locate orders when customers use a different email address than the one they used to place the order as sometimes they forget and do not realize another email address was used and then think we did not reach out or ship what they ordered.

      The company is All About Vibe. I was charged $94.95 on 12.1.23. Ive received Order confirmed and Order Shipped notifications, and now, Canceled in all tracking/shipping info. The phone numbers are bogus. Emails not replied to.

      The only email received was the email that read about being scammed with a notification that the customer was reporting this to the ********************.  A reply to that one and only email ever sent about the issue, was sent about 30 minutes later with the correct tracking number and notifying the customer that the package was previously shipped, but that it was being delivered the day the email was received, 12/15.

      Order ****** for $128.10 placed on 11/27. Received shipping notice on 12/6 (tracking **********************). On 12/10 I received an email stating shipment hasn't been updated by the carrier and showed no movement but they were watching it and if it didn't show movement soon they would be in touch with how they would handle it. It is now 12/14 and the package still doesn't show movement and I have not received any correspondence. The customer service phone number on the email doesn't work and neither does the phone number on ********* I've sent an email and filled out the inquiry form on the website but haven't heard anything. These are Christmas gifts and I was initially concerned they would not make it in time but after being unable to get ahold of anyone, I am fearing this company is a scam. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

      Date of transaction 11/18/2023 ************ immediately took money from my account yet sent no confirmation emails and no order numbers. I have yet to receive anything and they refuse any contact. The phone number rings but calls drop. They direct you to use the app SHOP to track order but when you go there the site says there are no orders pending in your name.

      We only show one order was placed over a year and a half ago (3/9/22) and that order was delivered by *** on 3/14/22.  An email was never received by our support team ************************************ in regards to order # ******.  

      If the order was missing/stolen/mis-delivered, we could have filed a claim with *** and issued a replacement to the customer at that time. It is now to late for a claim to be filed and recoup the loss, but we would have been happy to issue a replacement as a courtesy much sooner, which we can certainly still do upon confirmation of the shipping address.  We would have no way of knowing the item ordered was never received if no attempt was made to advise us of the issue back in March of 2022.
