Receiving letters from this company stating that i owe ******. How ever this was paid to Landlord Chanelle ****** four years ago. I called them and asked if there were anybody else I could speak to and she told me I could only speak to her or their Maintenance guy. I have pictures showing I sent her the money at the time and receipts showing she was the only one who could pick it up and that it shows she cashed it. She is still harassing me 4 years later.Business response

Jordan ****** **** and Payton *********** moved out the end of July 2021 so technically it hasn't even been three years yet that they moved out so I'm not quite sure where the harassment for the last 4 years is coming from.
I am attaching a tenant ledger showing that rent was not paid for June of 2021. If they have a money order receipt or a check that shows different I would like to see a copy of it and the account number that it was put into.
And yes, they can only speak to me as I am the only manager at the company.

I have submitted my documentation. As stated she is the only manager she knows which account she should have endorsed the money order into being that it was written out to her and only her. Also why am I being sent letters when I am not the only one that was on lease? The burden of proof is on Great Plains at this point.Business response

I did not see any documents attached as your previous response stated.
Yes, there is only account that it could've gone into and it was not put in there because it was not paid in June.
The person who has submitted the complaint is the one who has the burden of proof. I do not have proof as I cannot possibly give proof of something that never was.
Rent was not paid for June 2021. I am not sure why this is coming about right now. The account was sent to *** *********** 2 1/2 years ago. *** *********** has been contacting you since then, not Great Plains. I think you are confused about that.
I have no other response unless you can give proof of the paid rent.
