Bought a used car with low miles and was very clean looking. Transmission problems right off the bat and after barely a week of ownership, the transmission died. Dealer will not work at all with me about selling me a piece of junk. They obviously don't even do any kind of inspection before putting cars on the lot as a brakelight as well as a headlight were out. I didn't test drive at night or that would have been a red flag.

It's very unfortunate that a situation like this takes place we take these types of issues very seriously is our position in all cases it's always a good idea to get the vehicle checked out before your purchase and in all cases we highly recommend the customer purchase an extended warranty which can help in these types of situations as you said a week of ownership

Blown engine and tons of repairs in a car we bought from them. Overlooked it thinking it was a bad car, test drove and took an edge to our mechanic in March and he said the transmission was ready to go, car had been in a bad accident as the chassis was bent and the repair work to body was not done correctly. What they were asking for a car in that condition was highway robbery and it was only worth parts on a good day. Don't try to tell J&R anything cause they won't even listen. That particular edge was sold to someone and I tried to contact her but they blocked all efforts.Review from Kyle S

My wife and I were purchasing an used vehicle. They brought the vehicle up to us. Vehicle drived great. Problems arose with the vehicle day after. The dealership is unwilling to even work with us to resolve the issue with the car. We were told no accidents nothing major repaired. Their own mechanical shop looked at it and said it needs 1000 in repairs done. This vehicle also had an hood replaced (which I would say is "major" being as an average person would not do it. Also they lied about the extended warranty said we had to drive the vehicle more or the warranty people would deny the claim. That is also an lie. Don't ship for vehicles through this location!
