On 12/7/2023 **** from discount sew and vac took my Dyson vacuum stating that he could have it running like brand new. I trusted him, as I had taken previous vacuums to this business, but when ***** was in charge of repairs. On 12/13/2023 I got a message that it was ready to be picked up and that he had replaced a motor and several other things, the total charge being $149.95. I asked for a detailed bill to submit to Dyson as my machine was still under warranty. When I picked up the vacuum there was not a detailed bill, I realized this when I got home and also noticed some attachments were missing. I left a few messages for ****, and he stated he would have his guys bring the bill and attachments to me on 12/15/2023. When I used my machine a few days later, I discovered that it was still in poor running condition and did not even seem like any work was done to it. After several more voice messages and text messages, with no response, ***** brought the attachments to me on 12/20/2023. I spoke with him about the machine and he took a look at it and agreed that the work was not what he would expect or do himself if he was still running the repairs. I have left several messages for **** expressing my concerns and pleading for the detailed bill to send to Dyson. I have not received one call or message back addressing my concerns. I am very disappointed with the work and customer service regarding this matter, and would like a resolution. A simple phone call from **** could have made all the difference in the world. I would like a refund, or for the machine to be properly repaired.
