  First his office number is ***** ******** ***** Sutton was my attorney 2 years I was approved for SSDI October 25 2023 after this date I never spoke with him again not by my choice! I signed a retainer! Unfortunately he retired but forgot to tell (ME)? I never talked to him or saw him again. The last time I spoke personally with ** ***** Sutton was the week of October 25 with questions as I just had been approved for SSDI! I was going to meet me at the SSI building in ********* ** that following Thursday and again he vanished! I literally left messages! tried to figure out anything I still had and have a million questions that’s why I hired him he helped me for 2 years! I have called the mayor I have no voice! PLEASE I really need someone TO LISTEN! I don’t know what to do. My SSI is just confusion for me ******* ** ** ********** and what he did is completely unethical!! He never told me once he was ever retiring January first! Last I spoke with ***** Sutton on the phone himself and I were going to meet at the SSI building in ********* that following Thursday he never showed or answered office phone again!! He abandon our contacts and me I needed him still Do! I don’t think it’s fair and I would like an explanation or what I need to do next it’s been five months I have been lost! doing the best I can to try and find another attorney but I can get my file or anything from his office! my number is ************ I have a time limit on this I don’t know what to do. I would like anything my files I’m entitled to and help please to finish this and I can get my back pay but I don’t understand! Im not denying anything im not understanding! It’s unreal and inhumane to do what he did I retained him not fair! BUT he put in his bill for $**** NOT! PLEASE I would like some help! Please Im not crazy my parents witnessed this all! They live in ********* as! I just need to know what to do please because I get a large amount of back pay I'm confused but I’m not giving up! Thanks

  I just want you to know within the end of today I have a lot more addresses of places he owns supposedly in ********* and his one of many home addresses everywhere but legally where or who would I turn if I’m in a signed legal binding contract with this attorney who up an abandoned me because I need an attorney right now if you know if anyone please let me know I’ll keep trying and tell the mayors office my parents and I tried to find this attorney they the mayors office they said I guess was Talking over well can’t seem to find him and the *********** Apartments the address you gave me is really strange too, because as a business as her apartments but she gave me ******* office number which nobody ever answers anymore. I need my file and I need to get this SSI done and my backpay done and that’s it and I need help ******* ** ** **********  Thank you very much that I really need a copy of that I cannot get my files from his office in ********* and I can’t get another attorney and this is crazy the last time I spoke with him like I said he said I’ll see you in a week and that We would finish up the ssi and back pay stuff up I never spoke to or saw my attorney again he never showed to the appointment a just very strange not like him! He is or was a good man! that was November 26, the day after I got approved for SSDI in ***** ***** by the judge! Unfortunately he never once said to me he had any plans on retiring Jan 1st I heard it from Jan the states attorney in ********* this was early December I still never talked or heard from him again tho I left messages when he didn’t show and for my file I’m still trying to get unreal! If you happen to know of any attorney, that would help me just to finish off the end of this I would greatly appreciate it because there’s a timeline and I don’t know what to do and just anyone would be great attorney because I don’t want to sign some things I know I’m getting quite a substantial backpay and none of it’s going to ***** and I know there’s paperwork I have to sign for that **** me too and I don’t know what to do so I really need to find an attorney and that’s all I do is call thank you very much. Let me know. I would pay somebody upfront and then pay my parents back with my backpay but it’s right there just can’t be released but I don’t know what to do. Thank you.
