      I purchased $139.96 worth of items from this store. When I received the package, I realized that an item was missing. In the package was a packing slip reflecting the items I purchased minus the missing item, totaling only $99.97. I was never notified about why the missing item wasnt shipped, so I reached out via email. I received a response stating that the item was mistakenly out of stock in the size I ordered. I emailed back asking for a refund due to not receiving the item. I have not heard back regarding the refund after reaching out via email, instagram comment, and the number the company website posted for texting. The full amount of $139.96 was charged and went through to my credit card (no longer pending) and I was never issued a refund for the missing item. This is 100% fraud and I shouldve been immediately refunded for the missing item before the order was even shipped. It seems the company is trying to trick/ fraud customers by including the fake packing slip reflecting a refund for the item that was not shipped when, in fact, never refunding the customer.

      I bought my second pair of boots from amazing lace 7/20/23. After a month of not getting the shipping info reached out. I direct messaged on Instagram since they do not have a phone number to call. On 8/17/23 I sent the message saying I havent received shipping info. They responded and said they were going to look into it and get back to me. After another couple weeks I emailed them and Direct messaged them on instagram around 9/8/23, I could see that they had read my message but didnt respond. I gave them another week or so and direct message them on Instagram again they again read the message, but didnt respond sometime in October. I started posting on their posts on Instagram saying to other people not to order from them because they do not respond when you reach out to wonder where your order is they then blocked me on Instagram entirely. I have tried to dispute this with my bank. However, since its been more than 60 days, they do not want to refund the money.Companies like this do not deserve to stay in business as I have seen on the Better Business Bureau that this is not the first time this has happened with this company. Had I known before purchasing these boots I would not have purchased with this company.

      After not receiving my package, I emailed them about five times and got no response. So I decided to message them on instagram, where I finally received a response, and then was BLOCKED with no explanation. I filed a *** claim to get my package hopefully, but they are now waiting on amazing lace to respond to the claim. I am disgusted by how this so called business treats their customers. Its more like a scam to me. They ignore all accountability and violate countless ************************ laws put in place to protect consumers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

      I placed my order to amazing lace on March 26th 2023 for a pre-order which was supposed to be shipped out on April 30th. Since the dress was due to ship on April 30th, I had originally requested that the dress be shipped to my school address at ***************************. On May 4th I still had not received notification of shipping so I contacted the company to ask when the dress was shipping out and to request an address change to my home address as I would be leaving my prior address permanently on May 12th. Amazing lace responded to my email on May 7th and told me there had been a delay in shipping that was out of their control and assured me the dress would be shipped out on May 12th. However they did not respond to the part of my email which addressed the need to change my address. I then replied to their response once again requesting to change my shipping address. I also emailed them again asking for an address change on May 11th. Following my email the dress shipped out on May 12th and was supposedly delivered to the prior address. I then sent a text to their customer service line on May 14th and again on May 15th. They have not responded. I would either like another dress to be delivered to my home address as requested or I would like a refund.

      I ordered a dress that I had seen online from Amazing Lace. The total, with shipping, came to $94.99. I ordered on 4/22 and the dress was supposed to ship on 4/30. I didnt hear anything from the shop until 5/8, which is over a week after the dress was supposed to ship. They informed me that there was a delay in shipping and my item would now be shipped on 5/12 instead of 4/30 like it was supposed to be. The dress is arriving after my event that I needed it for. I emailed customer support on 5/8 expressing my concerns and how I would like a refund despite their store credit only rule because I was not informed of this issue in a timely manner. I have heard nothing from them since. Extremely shady, unprofessional, and rude. They should be ashamed.

      Extremely disappointed in the quality of items I received for how expensive the items are.For what I paid I should have gotten exactly what it looks like in the photos.And when I said this nicely in the email, there was absolutely zero apology or remedy for a solution. No wonder they only offer store credit for returns, they wouldnt make any money because people would return all of the products after realizing it is a total rip off. They have lost my business and potential business from many others I will inform.

      I bought items from their store online, when I received the items, they didnt fit so I returned them. After I returned them I didnt hear back from them for several weeks, I kept having to reach out to them for any information. Finally today they told me they gave me a store credit and will not refund me my money. Order #****** for $355.99

      Feb 24, 2022 placed order for boots- total $73.99. They arrived and looked nothing like photo from their website- different color and poor quality. I contacted merchant and they sent me shipping label. I returned. I wax then told only store credit for $63! I want a refund, a full refund.

      I ordered a dress on Feb 8, 2022 and when I received my item it was a used men's shirt. I emailed the business with pictures. I attached a picture of what i received and a screenshot of my confirmation email of the item I had actually purchased. No response for a resolution from the company.The cost was $43.49.
