The dress I ordered and received looks nothing like the online photos. The color is completely different. I asked customer service for a refund and was told they have had no complaints about the color (what about my complaint?) and I could only return for store credit. Why would I want store credit when I've already had a bad experience? I also posted a negative review of the dress that has not been published to the website. Buyer beware.Review from Natasha J

I placed my order on March 31,2022, on April 5th I received a tracking number saying that my package was picked up from **** and shipped. Since April 5th my package said shipment received/pending acceptance. I ordered these to wear on my birthday which was April 12th. I reached out to their customer service several times and again April 13th (ish). The lady who helped me was very short and rude. All she did was sent me a screenshot of what I already could see with the tracking number provided and said it's not at their facility and was picked up by ****. It's April 22nd and I finally get a hold of **** and the very nice lady said that the label was created but the package was not shipped until yesterday, April 19th. I will NEVER order from them again.Review from Brittany R

I love their stuff, but would love them better if they accepted returns on sale items and if could be refunded to original form of payment. Also shipping is slow.Review from Mary D

I am filing a fraudulent claim for non full refund from NOT SO amazing lace. The first thing that happened was I received used boots. I do not want used shoes, nor will I pay for used shoes, so I asked for a return with photos of the boots I received. I sent them back but they ONLY refunded me for the boots not the sales tax I paid on the boots. This is 9.75% x 165. They obviously don't care they are committing crimes and fraud. I am appalled at the non communication regarding their mistakes. I have contacted them 3 times through email and nothing. This is fraud and I will definitely take it as far as I can legally at this point. You can't keep money that doesn't belong to you. We all have to follow laws!!!! Buyer BEWARE! I will file as many complaints as possible in my state and their state. Terrible customer service. You have been warned. I will take this to twitter and Instagram. Whatever I need to do to ruin their reputation. This is ridiculous to not have any customer service this day in age. There's far too many boutiques out there to deal with this. FRAUD!!!!!
