I was told,they could fix my air conditioner in my ***** carmaro.It was blowing hot air,when I called about it they said it cooling.When I paid ******* to put up the car,I discovered it was still blowing,hot air,just the same way it was,when I brought it there.I asked for a refund.They said they could not do that.I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING GOOD SERVICE.i DONT WANT ANYTHING FREE.BUT OWN UP TO WHAT YOU CLAIMED,IF YOU COULDNOT FIX MY CAR JUST SAY SO,CHARGE A SMALL FEE THEN LET ME GO. i WAS ROBBED WITHOUT A GUN.Business response

we are sory that your a/c not working properly ,the a/c was not working at all when *************** brought 2013 camero in we check the a/c system and told customer what the camero needed to repair a/c at that time with a/c not working there was no way we could tell that *************** ****** had other issues inside the dast of the vehicle , the a/c is cooling but inside the car half side cooling other side is not we explain to *************** he has 2 problems need a actuator in dash to repair 2nd problem .
we strive for customers satisfaction we did replace a a/c line that blew out when we charged a/c at N/C to Customer
to repair a/c in dash parts and labor would run $584.99 plus tax we will split the cost in half to help the customer

Went in for tire repair, tire was leaking very slowly. Asked **** to let me know if it was not fixable before tech dug into tire too deeply as i did not have a spare or money to buy new tires right now. Looked at tech after waiting an hour and he was on his cell phone. Inquired about status and **** said it was done but the tech could not find the leak. I had previously told ********** saw the leak on the tread this past weekend. Was very evident where leak was at. Tech scraped off tire sealant and left tire leaking worse than when I arrived. I drove back to work and could have had an accident or ruined the tire because it was leaking. When I brought it in it was leaking about .5 psi a day. Sitting at my work it was flat in an hour. Had no way to get tire sealant. Left me stranded.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept their proposed resolution.Save the refund and maybe give me a discount on a new set of tires in a few months. Was planning on upgrading to some michelin high performance all-season tires

I took my 2011 ****** rogue in for front in repairs on 05/17/23 and was released and charged 05/19/23. I took it bcus I was hearing bad front end noises that was getting louder and got worse the day I went by to inquire so I left it with them to check it out !! They called me back the next day said that I needed new control arms, ball joints, and sway bar links , and I was also getting an oil change and they did front end alignment!! So they call me back and said that I needed rear end work too so I said ok. I went by picked my rogue up and was charged $3437.07 and I drove it few days and I still heard the same noises so my hubby told me take it back up there and let them know I wasnt happy with their services and $3400 bill and still hear the same noise, so I called first and they told me bring it back so I took it back 06/02/23 and I was hurt and crying bcus that was a lot of money , so they told me to leave it they would check it out , so they kept it four a few hours called me back said all the mechanics drove it and didnt hear anything !! So I went back to pick it up and one the mechanics I think ****** ride with me to see what I was talking about then when I made it know he said well maam that would like in your braking system and I said well thats why I brought it to you all to get it fixed , then he said well maam thats not wat we repaired thats with your break break system your calipers or something sticking and releasing when u brake . So I said did u all check that then he said well maam yes but your brakes had a lot of meat on them so they looked just fine !? So I said ok but I spent $3400 dollars I did expect to hear no more noises !! So I took him back to the Raleigh Tire and ******** place and I felt they wasnt going to do anything being Im a woman and most pple try to get over on us all the time but I am one that stands up for my rights !! on 5/17/23 ***************** brought her 2011 ****** into raleigh tire with complaining of front end noise, we checked vehicle over and found several front end parts loose/bad and noisy call ***************** explained the front end parts were bad ,we never could hear any brakes noise , customer approved work when work was complete technician drove vehicle did not hear any other noise.
custom brought car back stating there is still a noise Technician pulled car back in shop inspected car found no problem and drove the car stated that he could not hear a noise so **** drove the car could not hear any noise , ****** drove the car we could not hear a noise .
we called *** ask her to come down ,we could not hear any noise so we could ride in the car with customer , after turning and stopping several times *** got the car to make a very faint noise that ****** told her that was coming posible out brakes .
we never repair or charged *** for any brake repair at all the noise that the car was making out of the front end is no longer there .
we saw no probles with brakes , but we were looking in front end that was customer complaint .

I am rejecting this response because:I told them when I picked my vehicle up for all the money I spent with them there should be no noises at all and there is still noise , !Yes! Noise when I come to a stop and put on my breaks if they all could here that !? ?????????? !OMG! I am a woman that is scary ??. Everything was not addressed for what I spent !! I just feel they went went the high end of things to charge me and no even looking ?? at the low end of things !! And why didnt anyone mention to ride with me when I brother it end before just going for the gusto of just me coming in saying I had a lot of front in noises that was getting worse!? For God sake Im a woman !?
And it is not just a low slight noise it depends on how far and how long I drive it within a day not just a drive around the block , it has like an also old bed spring like creeping noise , smh ?????. I probably can take it to another shop and they point out what my gripe is about smh !? This is unexcusable, I feel beat out my money and times are too hard for Harv, if I have to take this further I will !! ????

all the noise the car had when it came into Raleigh tire are gone , the slight noise customer is comlpaining about is very slight and hard to get the car to make the noise , the customers brought her car into raleigh tire with alot of front end noise was customes complaint when car left after repair there is no front end noise , we did hear a very slight brake noise almost impossible to get car to duplicate possible brakes noise ,but customer car came in for front end noise and we did repair front end and noise .Customer response

After the car is drive for a while the noise is more !! We only went around the block and I am not going back / forth about this !! They need to do right by me periodt !! I have also contacted the The Atty ******* about this , I have always used and trusted them but this is not exceptable !! I should hear no noises and it gets louder as I drive more !! Oh God this is very frustrating and stressing me out had to go get my meds changed !! I spent too much money to still have a problem!! I dont care what it is it should have been addressed all of it !! ???????????? And it still feels scary driving it , it pulls hard and everything. ??

On the October 10/102022 I took my car for an alignment and four new tires put on (I already purchased the tires) I was given a quote of $273(which I still have the quote in writing) when I went to pick up the car they charged me $459.58. When I questioned why the increase the description guy acted confused and excused himself then came back with something written on the quote sheet that wasnt there before. I went ahead and paid for it. While ther the service Manager(*****************) said it needed new cv axle and inner and outer tie rods and if I brought it back he could do it for $332.00. I brought it back on October 28,2022, Raleigh Tire called said the car was ready when I went to pay they charged me ******. When I question the guy he said that they had called a spoke to someone about the work and the person on the phone approved it. I told him I live alone and the phone in my hand was the only phonethis is twice within 21 days that they over charged me from the quote they gave meBusiness response

October 10, ******************** dropped off his car at Raleigh tire ********* for an alignment and mounted and ******** on four tires that he purchased elsewhere . ************* informed service manager **** THAT HE HAD SOME FRONT END PARTS INSTALLED by someone else at another repair shop.
after starting alignment we discovered that his **** Cavalier needed 4 tie rod ends and both c/v axels .
i called ************* to inform him what the car needed . he advised me he would get his own parts from auto zone and have us install them .
i discussed with *********** the cost to install his parts , he agreed and purchased parts from Auto zone .
*********** returned to raleigh tire on Oct 28 he and I discussed all labor cost again before he left .
he was upset about having to pay for another alignment

I am rejecting this response because: at no time did ANYONE call me. When I dropped the car off the first time for tire mounting and alignment, I told them I had struts and shocks put on somewhere else. They gave me a quote (which I have) for $273.00, when they called telling me the car was ready and I got to location to pick the car up I was charged $458.59 when I asked why the guy at the counter said he would go ask, he came back with something Id never heard of (sloughing) The mechanic came up and said that it also needed tie rods and axles when I asked if I bought the parts (not autozone) how much would it cost to put them in he QUOTED me $332.00. I order the parts from rock auto then brought the car back. NEVER did I receive any type of call until they called to tell me the car was ready. When I went to pick it up the charge was $782.00. That is not what I was QUOTED!

I am rejecting ********************* response. I did call him several times. He stood at my desk and we discussed every dollar amount. His price that he keeps referring to is just the cost of labor on the axle. He was told it was another charge for tie rod and labor.
He agreed to my prices, or I never would have touched his car.
I have gone through ************** history with Raleigh Tire, he has a complaint every time he has visited for the last 2 years, I make notes. I can provide all of his complaints and records.Initial Complaint

On 9/20/22, I began losing power to my '07 328i *** and the battery light came on.Later that evening i dropped the car off at Raleigh Tire,here in *******,**..I had purchased a battery from them in January of this year.I spoke with them that Friday,the 23rd and they stated the car was ready. When i got there i was under the impression that the battery had been changed out,but it wasnt,Raleigh Tire only charged up the battery.Overnight the battery lost its charge again.On Tuesday the 27th I returned the car and this time the battery was changed out and i paid them ***** U,S, dollars for Labor charges.The very next day the battery was dead again.On the 29th i took the vehicle to Auto -Zone on *************** where they performed a Fix Finder Diagnostic; The Result was a bad alternator..i spoke with Raleigh Tire and i agreed to have them install a new alternator at a cost ****** U.S. Dolllars.However the car still acted up.I then had the car towed to Roadshow where a complete Diagnostic was performed.. The diagnostic test showed that the altenator was giving out high voltage and was bad,the battery was bad also. I shared these findings with Raleigh Tire and even had the vehicle towed back to their business..The car just sat there for days and nothing was done.On October 24th i had the car towed back to my home where it still sits after a cost ******* and its still not running!!!! we replaced batter first in 1/7/22
replaced under warranty on 9/27/22 no charge for battery ,charged $66.00 labor
car came back 9/29/22 did not charge for diagnostic car had a lot of lights on dash on and off hitting bumps windows sometimes working no charge has a drain referred customer to take car to dealer.
customer came back in on 10/7/22 said auto zone said he had a bad alternator custome did not wont raleigh tire to diagnose vehicle just requestd we replace alternator did nor fix car we told customer .
customer has gone to dealer told them the alternator is bad , we recheck alternator woking fine , we also told customer let dealer repair car bring ************* back and we would refund on the alt.

I am rejecting this response because:the actions on their behalf were improper.charging a battery to test an alternator is not a proper means to check an alternator if the battery has to be charged every time to check it..What diagnostic?? None was performed..I provided them with Roadshows complete diagnostic report on the Electrical system..and it it stated without measure that the Alternator was improperly working by not putting the correct voltage..Why should Roadshow do the job they( Raleigh Tire) failed to do at this point??

My car was with this repair shop for 18 days. 9 of which it was not touched. Zero communication from the business. I was quoted $899-$1200 for repair. Theyre was a partial repair done for $2100. The car had to be moved from one location to another by me for repairs. Terrible communication and lack of understandingCustomer response
