The picture on the package grilling vegetables and advertisements for said product on their facebook page are misleading as to what is actually in the box. What is in the box is nothing like what they are showing. It's about half the amount they show on their advertisement and doesn't not contain the variety of product that they say is in the box.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/04/22) */ We are very sorry to disappoint Mr. ******* ***** with the product he purchased. It is difficult to follow up to his complaint precisely due to absence of product production codes. With these codes we could follow up with our operational and quality records to ascertain any potential issue. Generally, the label photograph represents the product in the package and we have not had any issues previously reported that would indicate that it wrong. There are potential variations in blend controls that could lead to occasional variances but these would be rare. Product is filled according to net weight on package and any slack in fill would also be a rare occurrence. Is it possible to receive additional information regarding this product? Also, may we contact Mr. ***** directly to discuss issue and possibly refund his monies or replace the product?
