This place is a complete wreck. April is the third month in a row that my bill has been messed up. The answering service is a joke- no one there knows what they are talking about. No one ever returns calls. No one ever responds to emails, even when they are sent over and over. This is the same place that harrassed me back in October while I was on vacation, to sign a PDF they sent me- but can't even get them to respond to anything or answer the phone. The voicemail is full and cannot leave a message. They owe me a *** credit on this month's bill and I anticipate that the next one will also be screwed up because that is the new norm here. They need to credit me the $** (plus taxes, I assume?) and make sure my next/upcoming bill(s) are CORRECT.Customer response

I wanted to update here that the business reached out to me and fixed the issues. Hopefully moving forward there will be no more challenges. I am satisfied with the resolution.
