              To all nonprofits - DO NOT USE Dreamstime. They are harassing a nonprofit I work for with a false claim over a photo the nonprofit purchased from them 6 years ago. They claim that the nonprofit did not purchase the rights to the photo used on the nonprofit's website. The nonprofit has sent them the invoice (marked paid with their company's logo stamp) two times and a screen capture of where Dreamstime allowed the photo to be downloaded. The only response received is the same jargon from a lawyer licensed to practice law in Florida. Dreamstime offers no acknowledgment of the documents the nonprofit sent them. Save yourself time and hassle. DO NOT USE Dreamstime if you don't want your limited time and other resources squandered by scammers.

              We never received this customer's reply. The email you receive is legit and used to verify you have the license to use the image. You can see the program here: ******************************************************************************************  if you do not receive a reply to your email, then it did not reach us.               0 transparency and shady business practices I went to subscribe to the free trial and realized they auto set me to the 94.98 a month plan and charged my card on that plan for 3 months without notifying me. When I went to do a chargeback at my bank they deleted any account without warning which got rid of my remaining image credits. they also don't allow you to remove your debit/credit card once you add one in. Completely unethical and as total scam never use their website use ***** instead.

              This customer never signed up for a free trial. A paid subscription was purchased from the start and was used each month. You can always turn the subscription off any time from your account and contact us to have the card removed. It is very simple. In regards to your downloads, you used the subscription each month and then placed a chargeback at your bank for a subscription that had been used. We cannot provide you the downloads for something you placed a chargeback on at your bank.

              Wide variety of images, good value subscriptions. Images tend to be by European photographers so sometimes the models don’t fit with the North American style. But I can almost always find quality images that work for my projects. And I don’t often see these images around in other work. I’ve been a customer for many years. I used to sell my pics here too but have moved away from creating images.

              4.5 Love your images and I use them for our prayer ministry! I wish that you would format Dreamstime online to include more images per page... if our subject area has 200 images you select for 1 theme it's virtually impossible to scroll thru them all within 1 hour...aside from that, your site offers excellent images.

              I like the fact that you make it so clear which pictures are free and only need to be credited. I want to be honest when I put together teaching resources, but it's so hard to know what's free and what's not. ****** Images is so easy to use, but they don't give you a clue whether something should be paid, used with permission only, or simply credited to the source. You have great photos and they're clearly labeled.
