He charged me 6,000.00 to fix my plumbing, windows, floor, and put in a bathroom sink. He got paid but didn’t finish the work and he won’t come back to do the job or answer the phone.Business response

I never spoke with this lady (******* *****), My company (LL’s Handyman Service) got a call from this lady’s mother and father (Also They were paying to have the work done) around Dec 30th 2022, Stating that their daughter’s house needed some work. They said the 8x8 floor in her back room (laundry room) Which ended up being 8x14 (the mother & father was informed of the size of the floor and agreed to go ahead with the work), was falling in and the back door needed to be replaced. They also stated that the pipes where busted and asked if they could be replaced as well, said there were also a couple broken windows to be replaced. Now I Even gave them a discount of $500.00 do to us having to wait on the windows that never came in. Then her mother wanted sheetrock hung on ceiling in the bathroom, and a sink installed, and a whole new front door installed. All the work was done except the sink was not installed in the bathroom, work was not finished because, they refused to pay the remaining $500.00 from the original invoice, and then they also still owe and refuse to pay my Company the $400.00 for the installation of the front door. I have both unpaid invoices and I have pictures of the work we did for their daughter.
