I have been using physicans care for primary care. They have me on two separate blood pressure medications. I called for refills and was told no that I had to come in. I literally was there less than 30 days ago. These medications keep my heart rate at a normal pace to not refill them and ask me to come back in, in less than a month is nothing but them trying to bill insurance. There is no absolutely no reason I should have to been seen again. They do NOT care about their patients at all. They put me on medications that can cause a heart attack if they are stopped and they refuse to fill them.Business response

Ms. ***** called the office today and requested refills on her blood pressure medication. Once the provider reviewed her chart she seen that Ms. ***** had not had any lab work that is required for patients on Hypertension medication every three to six months depending on the outcome of the labs. She was very upset that she had been seen less than a month ago but could not get refills. I then explained to her that she was seen for something not related to Hypertension so therefore no labs or refills were given at that time. I did tell her that I would see if the provider would give her a two week supply of medication so she could have time to arrange for her required labs but she declined that and said she would just go somewhere else to get her medication.
