They have had my vehicle since 4/10/2024. They have put the wrong transmission in my vehicle twice, and on 5/10/2024 my vehicle has been repossessed. I had to borrow the money to pay ******* ******, because I am a **** ****** and that is how I make my money. I am still waiting on my vehicle to be fixed. I have been catching the bus, or walking to places I need to go to, I need my vehicle so I can start back **** ******* and make my money to pay my bills.Business response

We did in fact install the wrong transmission on two separate occasions. However, after the second one was not operating properly, we realized that our supplier had sent us the wrong transmission. On all those occasions, we replaced her transmission free of charge under warranty. Her vehicle was repossessed before we could install the correct transmission. When Mrs. ******** was able to regain ownership of her vehicle, she brought it back to us so that we could again replace the transmission free of charge. Sorry, but it is not our fault that her car was repossessed. Therefore, I am not offering any type of refund.Customer response

It is their fault that my vehicle got repossessed. If they had put the right transmission in from the beginning, I could have been **** ******* and made my payments. I also was in the process of looking for a place to live for my granddaughter, daughter, and myself. I had to borrow money to get my vehicle from repossession, the electric, water, on and rent because I lost my second source of income for three extra weeks. The least they could do is give me 800 back.
