I placed a mobile order through this company. *****'s store #***. When I went and got the food and got home my 9 year old had wanted 2 chicken sandwiches. Well my 9 year bit into one of the sandwiches and discovered that it felt very mushy and not like chicken. When my kid bought it to me I noticed that it was not done so I told my kid to spit it out. I then took the other sandwich and split it and noticed that one wasn't done either. I called the store and was told that since it was a mobile order I would have to contact customer service for the online order. I have been trying to contact them since Dec 1 2022 about giving me a refund for the 2 almost 6 dollars a piece sandwiches but they have not responded at any of my messages or they will not answer their phones. I am wanting my money back that was all I am asking due to the fact that they could have poisoned my 9 year old with their under cooked chicken. This is the order number for the order#********* The order was made Dec 1 2022 @7:37pm. I am just wanting my money back for this order without having to take legal action due to my kid almost getting salmonella poisoning from their chicken not being cooked.
