I saw the advertising on instagram and I purchased a course on February 18, 2024 for $1497 for David Omaris social media Academy course. The course was supposed to provide 30 day moneyback guarantee unconditionally bonuses and 1 on 1 training and weekly classes when paid in full. After I purchased the course, there were no bonuses no weekly classes and I was being up sold the one on one course for $3500.00. I was charged additional money for a list that I did not order. Thats why the total came up to 1694.Also the refund policy had conditions after purchase. Once I told them I didnt have the 3500 to move on for the 1 on one course and I asked for a refund they kicked me out the course stop answering my calls and text messages and disappeared. I got back in contact with them through my credit card company. I tried to dispute the charge and they ruled in his favor due to his lies and his deception. I have proof of what he advertises and I need your help for a refund.Initial Complaint

David Omari's Company charged me double. A Citbank dispute got one fee back. Did not want to use their product when they wouldn't refund the double billing. NEVER WAS TOLD THEIR REGULATIONS. IT IS A ******* WEBINAR.. DID NOT WANT IT. **** ALSO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. It was suppose to be $1450, they charge me $1695. I have all the communications and paper work from **** bank saying they couldn't get me my money back. I have all the emails as well. I believe they I saw them selling a similar program on ******** for $10. When I saw the interview with Omari on ******** there was no mention of regulations.I want my money back!!!I don't have the program!!!Customer response

binding arbitration work, if the alleged thief doesn't answer?

This was a purchase not made By me. I only was informed of the purchase because of the notification I received afterwards. I immediately called my bank to stop the transaction,they informed me I would have to contact the merchant to try and get a refund because it was an unauthorized purchase and if they did not process the refund I would have to wait until the 10th when the payment would have posted and then try and dispute the payment.Initial Complaint

This February I decided to invest in David Omaris program to help my ******* channel grow. So I reached out to a person on his team named *** that I spoke with a year prior. I expressed interest in the program and asked to join. He then sent me a link to pay the $1500 I was quoted a year prior. About a week later I spoke with *****, another person on the team and we discussed what came with my investment. Long story short, the buy-in amount had changed over the past year and I couldnt afford it and asked for a refund. It has been over a week since I asked about the status of my refund and no one is responding to me anymore. I cant find customer service information and am now looking for a lawyer. I was hoping the program would help me by now but since it didnt work out I just want my money back so I can continue to provide for my kids.Initial Complaint

David Omari is a *****. he promises on his 1.5 hour webinar to personally Coach you to learn how to create and launch a succesful you tube faceless automated channel. after paying and requesting the learning resources my email, text were silent. I got a text the day after the purchase congratulating me on my investment. I asked for access to the website, or materials, or how i get started, and recieved a text saying check your junk folder, which i did, and ther was nothing. I emiled, i messaged his ******** page, i joined the next weeks webinar ro try and ask the questions, however I was blocked from chatting. He offers a 100% money back gaurantee if you participate and work the program. i also paid an extra $10.00 as he promised to setup a ******* channel for me, and i never recieved it. i have no way of calling or talking to anyone.Initial Complaint

Program was portrayed as a complete training. This is a bait and switch. You are told you will get support, but they do not tell you is that you have to keep buying additional trainings as well as any support.
