The company continues to advertise as "licensed and insured" and continues to report the same locations that were listed for All Seasons HVAC, Plumbing & Electric. As noted below, when BBB asked about the Chattanooga location being advertised, the company's owner indicated that they did not have a physical location. 

January 8, 2024:

BBB opened an investigation into All Seasons HVAC, Plumbing & Electric on January 2, 2024, after being unable to find licensing through the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance (TDCI) for services advertised on their website that require the agency’s licensing. These include HVAC installation services, electrical wiring, and major plumbing services, among others.   

BBB requested the licensing information from the company’s owner, Tyler Harris, who stated by email: “I'm not required to have any other license besides a business license right now so that's all I have.“  

BBB reached out to a licensing expert and requested a review of the company’s advertised services. The expert confirmed that the company would need to hold, at a minimum, a Limited Licensed Plumber and/or Limited Licensed Electrician license from TDCI to perform some of the advertised services. In addition, a TN Home Improvement license could be required depending on the location of the residence and the amount of contract for work secured with the company.
BBB shared this information with the company via email on January 2, 2024, along with BBB’s findings that on their website, the company was making the following claims: “Fully Licensed, Bonded, Insured,” “Founded by experienced licesned (sic) contractors,” and “our family-owned business works with only fully-licensed, experienced electricians.”  

BBB again requested the company provide the names and license numbers of any personnel the company employs or contracts with to perform the work. The company has not provided any licensing information in response to BBB’s requests.  

During the website review, BBB’s team noted that the company also advertises four office locations on its webpage. They cited 6925 Shallowford Road, Chattanooga, TN as their headquarters and listed additional addresses in Knoxville, Nashville, and Memphis.  

BBB’s staff visited the 6925 Shallowford Road location on January 3, 2024, and was unable to identify an office space for All Season’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electric. BBB asked Mr. Harris to provide the suite number for the company at the Shallowford Road location, and he responded that the address is not his mailing address. When BBB asked if the address represented his physical location, he responded “No right now we don't have one.” 

BBB noted that the company also lists 6925 Shallowford Rd in Chattanooga as an address for the company on their Facebook page, which is listed alongside the statement “Please call us or visit us at our corporate office for a Franchisee Application 6925 Shallowford Rd Chattanooga, TN 37421.” 

The team at BBB’s office in Nashville, TN, visited the location advertised on the company’s website for their area, 2501 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214, on January 5, 2024. There was no listed suite for All Season’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electric at the office complex located at the address.
