I placed an order from within my account as a gift and shipped it to my husband. When the expected delivery day came and gone I started to wonder why I had not see the package arrive. I looked on my account and it said it was still processing. I called them to find out what was going on and they told me my name was not on the order and I would not be able to know why the order had not shipped yet. I was told I would have to have my husband call back in and talk to them. They had no way to verify if I was him or not and my husband knows nothing of this purchase as it was meant to be a gift for him. I used my online profile at mms.com that is under my name and I used my credit card through my ***** pay on my phone to pay for this gift for which they are now telling me there is nothing they can tell me because an error occurred and my name is not on the order. They refused to cancel the order and put the ownership on me to handle with the credit card company. They still have a pending order in my account that is not in my name and will not even talk to me about. This type of behavior and policy facilitates fraudulent activities and makes it incredibly easy for scammers and impossible for the account owner to mitigate. They don't even have a fraud department and absolutely refused to help what so ever. They also stated multiple times they have no way to tell who's account the order originated from only who's name is on the order now.Business response
