Headstone and bench ordered for my husbands grave in April. I have been provided multiple excuses for the delay. Ive been told several times 2weeks. Nexr week machine broke waiting. It should not take this long I want my husbands bench which is now in I understand and headstone placed. We r getting ready to be in rainy season and this will only cause more delayInitial Complaint

My father, ***** ******** died on 7-31-21. I purchased a double headstone for him and my mother which they delivered. My mom, *******, died on 9-29-21. I ordered and paid for the date of death to be added to the headstone on 10-11-21 with check #****. This has not been done to date. I have sent emails and called several times to the company. I am told they are behind and it will be done shortly.Business response

In regards to the incomplete date of death etching, we use an independent contractor, *************************, who covers a tri-state area with his etching business. ***** has had this date, along with others for quite some time, and has not got them completed or given an accurate timeframe for completion. Because of this, we no longer provide this service. However we can provide a refund for the customer along with still getting the date etched.
