I went into salon on Sunday, August 12th around 4:10pm for a pedicure and manicure. My niece (African American) age 13. She has visited the salon. Upon entering she was told go over there. I entered with 2 Caucasian females and was asked what they needed and to sign in. I asked my niece if she signed us in and she was instructed go over there and this was seats. My complaint is that when finally called for my pedicure instructed to a seat and the water was turned on. The place where my feet are to go had a ring around the tub. I said this isn't clean and where are the bags that are normally in the tub. She states she don't do that. I was there 4 weeks ago and the bag was a standard. She didn't offer to spray/disinfect clean or anything. During the time we where there 2(1 Caucasian and other) technicians and the lady who I assume is management. She stated to me "I don't care" and rude and talked in her dialect to other technician. I advised would report them. The place was busy There were 6 clients and all they could do was do nails. She told me I need to find another place. I have been with this salon for over 10years.
