              I've just had an outstanding experience with SoCo Swings. First, we love our LoveSeat. It's great for sitting by our firepit at night. We've had our LoveSeat for many years. Recently, we had some work done on our patio, so we had to take the LoveSeat down. While the LoveSeat arms were still functional, they were showing signs of weathering. As a result, we decided to replace the arms. I ordered what I thought were the arms for the LoveSeat. However, I actually ordered the arms for the Lounger. I contacted Customer Service and they responded quickly and immediately. They processed an order to get the correct arms to me. We received them within a week. BTW, assembly was quick and easy. I highly recommend SoCo Swings!!

              Danger, Buyer beware!!! My swing arrived damaged & missing parts, making it unusable!. Customer support has been completely none existent and doesn't reply to emails for help! The rep who sold it to me has taken no responsibility in solving the problem. What an $1,00 mistake!

              We are having similar issues as stated in many of the reviews. SoCo incorrectly sent one of two swings ordered. When we followed up, they claimed that it was a *** issue and not their issue. The put the burden on me, the customer, to open a claim with ***. I have sent multiple emails to customer service providing evidence that the product was not received. My swing was also ordered from them at a Home and Garden Show in April 2024. The merchandise is nice and not inexpensive. Their customer service does not align with the value of the merchandise they are selling. This company has significant improvements to make in their customer service, shipping, and tracking services before I would ever recommend anyone purchasing from them online or any event. I gave them one star for their merchandise. I would give them zero stars for their customer service.

              Worked with Joey, Lanny and Ustin on different occasions. Have the best chairs, love them all. Wish I room for the double, maybe someday. We have all of the other chairs, so comfortable! Thanks guys!

              This company will not send a product (Swing) that I ordered from them at a Home Show on April 6th. The swing was $380. This was a Mother’s Day Gift. I’m going to reach out to my credit card and find out what action if any I can use to get my money back. My last email to the company was 5/31/2024 and I have had no response from them. How can all these other reviews be so good and how are they getting their orders and I cannot. Would really like to have my swing.

              TERRIBLE customer service. Received the wrong swing twice and cannot get the issue resolved. Wonderful product/terrible customer service. Looking to resolve an ongoing issue with SoCo swings. Would love to speak to Joey (the owner) regarding an order that has not been resolved in a timely manner. Difficulty reaching and chatting with anyone even through email. When in the middle of an email conversation to resolve the conversation gets dropped on SoCo's end. Frustrated and ready to resolve. Please advise, ******* ****** ***** ****** ************

              I never do reviews but I had to for these chairs because our experience was so great. The staff was super helpful in helping us find the right chairs for our outdoor space. They told us it would be around 8 weeks for delivery, and they are worth every bit of the wait. Now we spend way more time porch swinging than ever. Happy all around with our purchase and the quality of the chairs. Icing on the cake was being able to support a small business. Well done SoCo swings!

              Great company to work with and great guys in general. They’ve been at it for a long time for good reason - their chairs are the best and the stand behind every one they sell. Great follow up and customer service - and these things last a long time. And there’s no better feeling than ending the day in one.
