I purchased a Trijicon ACOG scope in July 2021 and promptly returned it a few days later, due to an optical issue, for a store credit of $1602.33. In the following months, each time I tried to make another purchase the store was closed. At first, the store's website stated that they were closed for inventory. Most recently, the store's website states that the store is closed until further notice due to a change in ownership. I have placed several phone calls and have not been able to reach anyone. I have sent several emails as well, but have not received a response. I would simply like a refund in full, as the store is no longer open.Business response
