              I went to the Fast Pace Clinic in ********** ** in October of 2024. I had Lab work done and was told that one of my test (B12) could not be performed, because not enough blood had been drawn One month later I received a bill for the lab work, because the clinic filed the wrong insurance. ( the bill included a B12) When I went there to get answers they were rude and referred me to the billing department . The clinic had my correct information in their system but they made no effort to assist me, other than handing me a phone number. So now Im having to straighten out what this clinic messed up

              Complete failure w customer service. Twice i was told there was no copay for a follow-up. I called to cancel the appointment and the receptionist said there is no copay, so I went in. She didn't ask for a copay. A month later I get a $45. charge to pay. I called agin and the gal said no payment was required for a follow-up, disregard the bill. It has been a NIGHTMARE trying to get a straight answer from anyone there. Not only did another bill come, they added a late fee. I have TRIED to speak with an administrator, and get a complete runaround.
