One star is to much for this company. They do an awful job. Tell you something, then don't do it and claim they don't remember having that conversation.

Called on May 15, and eight days later Christina R***** still hasn't called to schedule a meeting to provide estimate. I guess their business is so good and their waiting list so long, they don't need new customers.31-W Insulation Response

If I could do less stars, I would. I used them in Tampa. They are as RUDE AS IT GETS. From management to the workers. Started with not showing up to scheduled appointment, I had to call in to find out they were not coming the day that we originally scheduled for. Them we rescheduled for 1st thing in the morning. Had to call in to find out that they were not coming until the afternoon. Asked to talk to a manager and this man was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. My Attic is on the 2nd floor and I have wood floors, needless to say that if I not told them to lift the hose, they wouldn't... and my stairs would probably be damaged by now.31-W Insulation Response

We are very familiar with this individual, and everything stated in this review is contrived, one-sided, and/or inaccurate. Contrary to what was stated, we arrived at the individual's home within the promised window of time. This person neglects to mention that we provided them with insulation--absolutely free of charge--despite readily visible damage that looked to have occurred when solar panels were installed in the attic (after we insulated the home during its original construction). Every single interaction reported by our personnel was that this individual was the aggressor. The comment about the wood floors and stairs is combative and unnecessary--as the review stated, no damage to the floors and stairs even occurred. 31-W does not appreciate suggestions that our hard-working managers and staff don't take pride in their work and in making customers happy. It's unfortunate that after receiving a gesture of goodwill (i.e. free insulation) from us, this individual set about trying to harm our reputation, and it's scary to imagine what this individual might have had to say if we actually charged for our services.
