  I am filing a complaint against True Cut Tree Care . On July 3, 2023 I paid True Cut Tree Care $3,****** to cut some tree branches at my home and additional $ ****** to apply a tree brace cable to secure a large tree limb from breaking. On July 26,2023 I notified the owner that the cable had broken loose and needed to be reattached. The owner stated that he was very busy and would get the cable fixed in the next few days. It has been over sixty days and the problem has not been resolved. I have made several attempts to contact the owner , he has indicated that he is coming to fix the problem, but after 60 days has now gone by he has still not shown up. I would appreciate anything that you can do to help solve this matter.

  Trucut ********* demanded money clearing trees after 4/22 storms. I paid them $10K to remove trees off my roof. They insisted would cost another $17K to clear off my side acreage. I paid them $27,787. They didn't come back or finish the job. Would never recommend.

  On around 1/20/23 I contacted Tru Cut who was working in the neighborhood to trim back the Crepe ****** trees (1 near the driveway and 2 in the backyard,), 1 pear tree, the 2 in the backyard were not trimmed. *****, the owner continued through the yard and said we needed to have a large Magnolia n the front yard removed due to a hole in the tree which might cause it to land on our house. On 1/9/2023 I fell and was diagnosed with a broken vertebrae in my spine which caused me to be unable to walk. ***** said he would have to grind the ***** ( he did not. One of his workers came to the front door and said my next door neighbor told him t trim back the Hemlock trees along ********************* so she Ould see to get out of her driveway. She did NOT say this to him but they did it anyway. I was unable to go ut and see what they had done but a few months ago the city of Brentwood came down on both sides os ********************* and trimmed all the trees including ours to our satisfaction. Those trees have always provided us with a barriere to the traffic including fire trucks, Police Cars, etc. on *********************. ***** desecrated our trees and left open gaps all the way down (app. 20 trees)Since I cannot walk I inly got a glimpse of the damage from my front door. I called ******************* week see when he was coming back to grind the ***** and do the 2 Crepe ****** Trees. he said they would be here Thursday....no show. On 1/21 I wrote a check to Tru Cut for $2250 to ***** for $3362 both have been cashed. Also when they cut the Magnolia tree a brand landed on my next door neighbors windshield and cracked it. ***** refused to pay her for it. I am seeking full refund $5612 plus replacement of stripped Hemlock trees.$3000 ***** has had several negative reviews on the internet and one that appears to be that he was banned from the *************. He should also be banned from *********

  Contracted to cut down and grind 2 trees/stumps 4/8/2022. On 4/12/22 returned to grind stumps in the pouring rain, did not check to see stumps were not totally ground because grinding had covered existing, non-grinded stumps. Was paid $******* cashiers check and $***** cash with supported receipts from bank and contract on 4/12/2022. Many attempts to get someone to return and complete this unfinished job and have been told coming out and never show, hence repeating the calls without resolution as of 5/6/2022. Have supported copies of bank receipts and True Tree Cut Care contract. The company has a LLC #XXXXXXXXX filed on 9/17/2021 for *********

After 5 days without calls or on site visits, workers arrived on 5/22 to complete the job. Would never use again or recommend to others based on our experience.
