Order #******** (July 26, 2024) [Order ********* (July 30, 2024) Shipped on: July 31, 2024 I purchased shock absorbers with springs from New Parts Inc. for my 2020 *** Yukon Denali XL on July 26th and 27th, 2024. I contacted the company and spoke with an individual named Chris, providing my vehicle’s year, make, model, and VIN number to ensure I was ordering the correct parts. Chris confirmed that the part numbers he recommended were suitable for my vehicle. The parts were not correct they made my vehicle sit too low and the tire was rubbing on inner liner. After visiting two separate *** dealerships, they said the parts were aftermarket and not compatible with my vehicle. Consequently, I had to purchase and install genuine ** parts, which immediately restored the vehicle to its proper height and eliminated all issues. When I requested a refund, New Parts Inc. demanded extensive documentation, of which had they mentioned this when i was making my order, I would have not purchased from them! Below is what they requested. 1. Vehicle Identification Number 2. Mileage at time of installation 3. Mileage at time of defect 4. Exact nature of defect including photos 5. Technical report with fault codes (if available) Despite following all of their requirements, the company refused to issue a refund, citing non-refundability and denying responsibility for the incorrect part recommendation. I have emailed proof of different part numbers, and a recording with a representative giving me a part number and saying the part number from original order is not the correct part number. After going back and forth with several emails, I am not going to waste anytime with them as the are making my blood pressure go up. How would a person know pic are a requirement! You should also know that the vehicle is not equipped with fault codes for this issue. I will see you in court! I welcome others to reach me to be part of this class-action. The worst company to work with ,ordered a set of Bilstein struts and was told they are being shipped from Tennessee and was lied to , They came from two different palaces neither one was Tennessee .Received strut's late and one package was missing the spring seat/ nut kit package . I called and had to leave a message with no call back . Had to call again to find out how to get the replacement package or replacement strut . Was told by Nelson they needed pictures of boxes and shipping labels which I sent in right away . Was told by Nelson they would get back to me that day by email ,no email or call . Called back 4 more times to talk with some one ,they answered then sent me to voice mail . Finally got through and got to talk with the Manager Dean B. Was told to wait and he would take care of it . Had to wait 14 days to receive a replacement part . They could have sent one right away, but they kept blowing me off . TERRIBLE ,DISHONEST ,UNTRUSTWORTHY ,DISSMISIVE company .Had the care tied up on a car hoist for 16 days . Asked for discount or compensation for all the lost time and was told they gave me a great price . losing hundreds of dollars from a hoist being tied up waiting on parts is not a great deal .Review from robert w

Newparts/ partscontainer **** purchase : shipping and refund ******: 7/9/24 Wrong delivery address- no refund. So tired of “Anthony”(the one writing me that package delivered- repeated no refund). Probably one of the worst encountered. No help at all. Have gone round and round with him feeding me the WRONG INFORMATION. Ordered new parts/ ************** auto parts 7/4/24. *** ** misdelivered on 7/9/24 but “Anthony” CSR, keeps repeating: SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY -NO REFUND. Finally I blocked messages as they were misleading. He told me I have to file a claim from *** ** to get a refund. I’ve told him more than once I cannot do that regarding a misdelivered package from 7/9/2024 to unknown address. NOPE!! Have pics for proof. **** will not reimburse me nor will ******. I entered info tracking number into the *** ** CLAIMS section. Newparts/ partscontainer have *** ** account. I don’t. *** ** explanation from website( plus what was said when I called them). “The tracking number that you entered is for a ***** SmartPost shipment. Only the company that shipped you this package can file a claim on it, and the claim cannot be submitted online.” Only the COMPANY- that’s YOU- Newparts/partscontainer!!!! File the misdelivery and refund my $$XX .92 immediately. “Anthony”, CSR who messaged me numerous times with false info said he, the business cannot do anything because it was a SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY. Nope- not even close. WRONG!! I’ve told him no, it was misdelivered and cannot file claim at *** **. So, I’ve filed a Newparts BBB complaint, TN Atty Gen consumer complaint defrauding a senior citizen, not refunding amount. Will contact FTC since this is internet commerce. Fraud keeping my $$ and no refund because it’s their job to file with *** **. for middle/ missing package. They’ll be on the radar!! AVOID!!! BUY ELSEWHERE!Review from Kenneth B

Company does not respond to e mails. Company does not answer phones. "This number cannot be reached from your calling area”. BBB gave it an A+ ********** gave it a 4.5 out of 5. No one can be trusted anywhere.Review from JJ J

I ordered parts from this company and received a tracking number later that day. On the third business day when I saw ***** was still saying they hadn't received the package I tried contacting their customer service only to be repeatedly sent to voicemail. I then contacted their sales department and someone answered the phone quickly and told me that the package hadn't been shipped yet. I requested order cancellation in writing through email and left voicemails with customer service. A week later the parts show up and the only way this company will communicate with me is through email. No one answers at customer service or returns phone calls. The only thing they will tell me through email is that once they "process the order and issue tracking" cancellation of the order is not possible even though they were still in possession of the package for several days after that occurred. It took so long that I sourced parts from another vendor, had them delivered and the vehicle back on the road days before these parts showed up. They say they that after all of this they will gladly return my parts for a 20% restocking fee and if I pay to ship it back.Review from Vachagan P

I ordered a set suspension parts online and 10 minutes later I decided to cancel the order and I call customer service and I asked him to cancel the order ? And he said ‘he can’t do anything to my order ‘ i said to him it was only 10 minutes ago he said ‘again I can’t do anything you get to wait until it get shipped to ur address and either you refuse or shipped back to us , and then it arrived today and I called back customer service for shipping label? And I was told to pay for the shipping plus 20% restocking fee. I can’t just believe what kind of business the running utirliy Scamming the hard working class what a shame. this company *****.... purchased coil springs,they were wrong,application verified,could not get a human,real person,on the phone,wasted time,they sent a shipping label prepaid????,they said it will come off the cost of my rebate,never use this company....Review from Robert M

Scam company. Paid $560 for a genuine ***** sliding door motor. Installed motor and it sounds like it has gravel in it. Cutomer service says I will receive email with return instructions. 1st email wants pictures of item & box. 2nd email wants mileage, explanation of why I'm replacing part, technical report from certified mechanic. 3rd email wants video of the part not working. 4th email states there "looking" into my situation. Contacted my credit card company to dispute charges in hopes of getting some of my money back. Won't ever buy from them again.
