On 9-17-22 I had my oil changed and tires rotated in my 2021 jeep compass at Midas in ************** ** to get ready for my vacation. On 9-22-22 I drove to Imperial mo to fly out on vacation from my daughter's but when I get there my car starts acting up and died and oil light came on. Since I didn't have time to do much before I left, park my car in my daughter's driveway. The following Friday I call my daughter to see if she would take my car to Vavoline to see if midas did something wrong but she called me back said car won't start and the drive way has oil all under the car. So I called the midas in ******** he told me to bring it to him. I told him won't start I had to have it towed, he said he chance oil and it was fine to be picked up. The next day I come back from vacation and drive back home. Go to work on Monday and was telling my boss what happen he said hate to tell you but the car still leaking oil, of course being very upset I called jeep they tell me they could get it in the next morning I'm driving there 7am and break down on the highway. Again had to call a tow truck they drop it at the jeep dealership with no loaner and no rental available. I was stuck at home for 2 days with no car. Jeep calls me on Sat I get my car back they said it didn't have any oil In it and the oil filter was just hanging. So my car smell really bad with oil and my back up camera even covered with oil. So I call to file a complaint on midas to get my money back and they said oh I give your money back for the oil change, I told them you guys did this and im.out of 200 for a tow and 300 to Jeep. I want my money back she said send me the paperwork and I see what I can do. She call me today said they give you 300. I said no...I'm out 500 because of your mistakes why should I be out of pocket and I'm writing you. Please help
