I ordered a porch swing on Nov 14, 2023, and my Mastercard was charged on Nov 16. $599.99 I have had absolutely no confirmation email, nor any response to other emails requesting information about my order, no response either from text messages and phone calls. I would like my money returned!!!Customer response

Im sorry, I dont understand what else you need. I have sent the only phone number I have for this company, their web address, and have tried to send a picture of the withdrawal of $599.99 from my account, which was the cost of the swing. I have checked my junk file all along to look for any correspondence from them, and there has been none. Still no returned call, email or text message either. Or US mail.Business response
