  This is a tax firm company I have used previously in the past. I reached out to ************** assume is the owner in December of 2022 in an attempt to get a date for filing early to beat the crowd. After numerous attempts 49 days later, she told me that I could drop my tax forms off at the clerk at the front desk this was February 6, 2023. I didn't hear back from her so I reached out to her (February 10th) before the weekend stating that I had to leave town on work and will be gone for 13 weeks. She replied via text she will get to me over the weekend. February 13, I told her that I will be leaving on the 16th in a text and that if I need any documentations to be signed I need to do it before I leave. October 17th she stated that she had tried to contact me and provided the amount of my refund and asked me to do I accept. I did inquire to her why it was so low concerning the prior years. So I told her that's the best she can do then of course I have no choice but to accept. She Indicated over the phone that it would not be no problem for me to sign my forms through email through DocuSign. So at this point I waited for an email with my forms that never came. At this point I said when I get back I would just go down there and sign the papers and have it electronically filed. On March 10th I got a text from ****** stating that my refund had been deposited into my bank account two days earlier. I was surprised because I had not even looked at or signed my taxes. I informed her that it was not there she asked had I changed *****. I told her I haven't changed anything in the last 10 years. I told her I will get in touch with her once I talk to the bank. I told the bank she submitted me a form saying it was deposited on the 8th and if not in my institution by the 13th to call back. I have been trying to reach out to her firm with no return call backs. I am extremely worried about my refund and that I have not seen my tax forms.

  After further investigating. ****** use my identity to set up a fraudulent bank account at ************* with her daughters telephone number on it and a routing number that they will not disclose to me only to the recipient of the bank account. I will provide additional text messages where she did not use the business to file my taxes .
