Approx 2.5 months ago I contacted them to repair a window that was faulty (the seals do not line up allowing heat and a/c to escape. Nothing has been done at this time. They came out once and said yes this needs fixed. Well Im still waiting. Ive called them every week for the last 4 weeks and am told someone will be back to me in 2-3 hours. Last time I called she said Ill **** it urgent. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Still no return call. I recently start to repaint my bedroom and saw they had knocked the window trim out approx 1in away from wall on top left corner of both windows. This complaint was also never responded to in the least.Business response

We have attempted to contact this customer several times. We have been calling ************. Every time we call this number it immediately goes to voice mail and of course we have left messages. Can you get the customer to call us so we can schedule a time to go out and fix the issues that the customer has.Business response

We ordered new windows for our home. Put a down payment on windows 7/23/21. Was told it would be about 14 weeks before they would be installed. Waited until after Christmas, tried to contact them in January 2022. Was told they would be out week of Feb 14. Didn't hear anything. Called back and sent email to corporate office. They then talked to my husband in March and told him they would get to it when they could . I have not heard from them. We have had to reach out each time to find out about where we are in the process. We are going on 10 months and no windows.Customer response

NATURE OF DISPUTE:Ordered windows on 7/23/21. Was told it would be 14 weeks until installed. We had to get in contact with someone in January 2022 for follow up. Was told it would be around 2/14/22. No sign of them, no word from them. Called March 2022 and was told they would be out here. No call no word as of yet. We paid $3600 down payment and have yet to get product. Wish to get our money back.

Immediately after filing the report, Window world scheduled installation, however we did not receive all of the windows and they are having to order the remaining windows. Thank youBusiness response
