      Terrible customer service, told me to my face they didn't bother to do the work that was promised. I picked up the two cars I had brought in for an oil change today and when I asked if everything else looked good and I was told: "We didn't even look at it because you never let us do any of the work anyway". The work order handed to me for both cars state that part of the service is a preventative maintenance inspection. Additional Background: I have been to this shop many times and purchased the 5 oil change package. They always offer additional work such as factory recommended services with each oil changes and have found a couple of issues in the past. This time I told them I wasn't interested in any additional work unless they saw something that needed addressing immediately. They wrote on the work order (that I don't see until pickup) in the Adv. Notes section "Refuses and state they will not do any recommendation for any needed additional work". In any case, that's not what I said and it shouldn't prevent you from actually doing the job promised. I was reluctant to go back because the previous oil change on my car was done with a recalled oil filter. I was called back an hour after having the service done and had to make a return trip and wait again. Another time we arrived for pickup and there was a person under the car in the parking lot. The person behind the counter said the tech had forgotten to put a piece back on the car so he made him do it in the parking lot. I kept going back because I didn't want to lose out on the money I had already spent, but I won't be making that mistake again.

      I would like to apologize to Ms. D. First choice always prides our selves in customer service. We
      apologize that your experience at our location was not up to your needs and expectations. This is not the
      experience that we want for any of our customers. We strive to make the situation right with all of our
      customers.
      On this day:
      The Customer/car came in and needed to be diagnosed. They stressed that money was an issue on the
      repairs. The car needed a Mass Air Flow sensor and we told the customer we were going to order one
      and test it. Upon installing the car was 90% better but not 100%. When Ms D. came to pick up the car,
      I offered to remove the MAF and not charge her since the problem was not completely fixed. She refused
      to let us repair and decided to leave with the car the way it was.
      We have tried to reach out to the customer 6 times to let them know to bring the vehicle back we will
      install the original part and refund the repair. We have yet to get any response.
      Ms. D. can reach out to our location and we will be happy to try and access her needs in this matter
      and see if we can come to a resolution.

      You have us confused with some other unsatisfied customer. We brought in two cars for oil changes as I stated. We didn't have anything needing diagnosis, we didn't have anything added to the cars and had no conversation as described above about a MAF. The only thing that was said to us upon pickup when I asked how everything else looked was "We didn't even look at it because you never let us do any of the work anyway".

      Only reason I took it here was they were open Saturday and close to where I broke down Friday late afternoon. They said they would look at it Saturday because they close soon. I heard nothing from them till I called them about 4pm. They told me they think they know what's wrong but not sure and they are really busy. I called back close to closing time and they had no more info and said I have to wait till Monday. They called me 10am Monday and told me my fuel pump is bad and my front wheel bearings need to be replaced. They told me it would cost $3,200 for parts and labor. This seemed astronomical so I asked a friend that does repair estimates in the automotive industry that uses the same estimate software and she found that $1,200 is what I should expect to pay for parts and labor for those repairs. So I didn't get a quick estimate. When I got one it was ridiculous. Now I need to pay for another tow truck to tow it out of there. I have to pay them almost $200 for there delayed overpriced assessment and need a shower to wash off the sleazy, slimy corrupt nature of this institution. I know businesses need to make a profit but i don't want to put his snot nosed kid through Oxford. This business should be investigated for fraud and corrupt business practices or given a job working for the government...😬

      I waa quoted a price of $12,500. When the truck waa complete they told me it would be $15,900. I argued this and finally got it for $12,500. When I got the truck back 2 exterior lights were disconnected and the washer fluid sprayer was broke off from the hood. Very disappointed with the quality of work and management.
