Great Partnership - As the President of a small consulting firm, I commissioned Bluestone Apps for the development of an enterprise Mobile App and web-based Case Management System in 2018. Our client provided us with a limited budget, aggressive timeline, and initial roll out to over 12,000 users. Admittingly, our team provided Bluestone with a somewhat “shaky” vision for how the platform should look, function, and integrate with our client’s existing business operations. Their patience, flexibility and experience reassured us during this challenging phase. They offered a steady hand and assured us they would do whatever it took to deliver. We were immediately assigned a diverse team composed of SME’s in different functional areas. The entire team was ready Day 1, allowing us to speed up development by building different segments/functions concurrently as opposed to the lengthy linear approach we were accustomed to. We interacted daily with the Project Manager and other SME’s, requesting numerous design changes and additional features. There were many times I had trouble describing what I was looking for yet somehow the Bluestone team was able to build exactly what I had envisioned. I was in constant contact with the owner throughout the duration of development. From the start, he demonstrated a total understanding of every aspect of this project and closely tracked milestones. The product delivered has exceeded all expectations. Despite adding features far beyond that of the agreed upon scope, Bluestone made sure we stayed within our budget. We have received excellent support over the past 4 years and are still treated like Tier 1 customers. We request support weekly, and their response is immediate- even complex issues are typically resolved within 24Hrs. The employees at Bluestone are experts at their craft. Our experience with their team and ownership has been exceptional. We look forward to future projects with these professionals.
