I hv a contract w Wayne’s who bought out Kirkland pest Control in Seiverville/Pigeon Forge Tn. I called to hv Carpenter Bees eradicated from my cabin in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. They wanted to charge me $550 for a 1 time spray (which would take approximately 3-4 minutes) for these bees. I hv never been charged such a fee. Outrageous. I’ll take my loss n obtain a local independent Pest control from the area.

We purchase our house 1 yr ago. The previous owner had a termite control ( stations) installed from Daytons pest control. We have had people show up at our house from Wayne's saying they have an appt to service the termite stations, they have called me and texted me saying they have appts. I have told them over and over for the past year that I was not interested and did not want to do business with them. They recently sent my son a **** for $324.00 for service. I called and the guy told me not to pay it. I responded with why so you can send my son to collections. He said how could they do that without our S.S. number. No reasoning with him so I reached out to BBB for the resolution to never be contacted by these people again and to delete the ****. Well Dale from Wayne's Pest Control called me today saying that they cleared the ****. He also stated he was coming out to take the termite stations out of my yard because it belongs to them. Told him if he does the police **** be called and he **** be arrested for trespassing. I know it sounds extreme but Wayne's Pest Control have been harassing me for a year and showing up on my doorstep for appts not I never requested. They only found my sons name by looking up who purchase the house (we are both the owners). The way they have been harassing us to be their customers is tacky and deceitful. They think that I am a little old woman that can be bullied. Shame on them!! This is in Knoxville, TN. Shame shame shame

Really a shame that this company bought Dayton's Pest Control, which had provided good service for years. I was contacted by email arbitrarily telling me of termite inspection. When I tried to contact tech to schedule on a time I was available, he did not call me back. They just sent me a **** with "interest" for a termite inspection they never performed. Absolutely no customer service with this firm. Beware.

Used Dayton's for years with no problems ever. Since going with Wayne's have had one problem after another, beginning with ineffective spray results for wood roaches. Began seeing them first on our porch, then in the garage, and finally inside our home less than one week after our quarterly spraying service. Also had mice over the winter months and the treatment they provided was never followed up on, leaving a trap with dead mice in it for over 4 months. The spray is ineffective and does not last from one quarterly service to another as promised. Calls to the office have resulted in no meaningful change to the obviously weak and ineffective chemical make-up of the spray they are using. I miss Daytons excellent service. Wayne's is a waste of my money.
