I discovered that my septic sludge was at the 6-inch mark under the inflow over a month ago, which is the recommended time to get it pumped. I called them immediately. (Call log in docs) I asked if partial payment was possible. They said no. I moved on and forgot about that. They said they would show up, charging my card afterward, & never did. After taking my card number, they stopped answering for over a week and no one ever called. I was nervous I had been scammed, because they took my card info & disappeared. I got ahold of them again after calling for several days. "Oh, sorry," basically. After several "I'll call you back" with no callback situations, I set up another appointment. Same thing. No show. No call. This has been going on for a month. I got ahold of them today and asked for a supervisor, because none of my messages asking for one to call were responded to. The supervisor talked to me like a drunk teenager from the valley and wouldn't allow me a single sentence. She blamed me for not showing because I had inquired about a possible partial payment (one up front and one when done), and made a comment about not knowing how much money I have in my bank account!! Considering they are the ones who charge AFTER service, why are they making guesses and gambles on who has money or not? I wouldn't be calling them if I had no money! They blurted out to call someone else, even after I was still obviously willing to forgive them & PAY THEM. So I did. And I decided to contact BBB too, because it's a circus over there. It's stunning that they are even open after treating people like that. If the next company determines that my tank overflowed & it did damage in my time of waiting for Seymiur Septic, I think Seymour Septic should have to pay for the damages. Hopefully, it won't come to that, but it was below the pipe when I called SSS, & it would absolutely be their fault if it has overflowed by now. Someone else is coming this week Wow, see how easy that was?
