Budget Transmission kept our Ford Expedition for over a week replacing our transmission. After I picked it up and parked it, it was smoking and leaking. I took it back the same day, they spent the rest of the day “fixing” it. Picked it back up and it was still leaking. I have taken it back now 6 times for the same issue. Each time they say they have replaced parts and fixed the issue. It’s still leaking. They are either incompetent or lying about fixing the issue.Review from Kayla R

I purchased a vehicle from them roughly 2 weeks ago. The vehicle now needs a new transmission because it is bad. Transmissions do not standardly go bad within a 2 week time frame. Owner of this business informed me that the only thing he could do is SELL me a new transmission and stated that "he frankly does not care if you are having transmission issues, you should have inspected the vehicle better." My mistake for trusting a transmission company to not sell me a vehicle with a bad transmission. This is completely unethical and bad business.
