I purchased a 2011 subaru online. When the vehicle arrived it had 4 cracks in the windshield meaning it would fail a safety test in any state. None the less papers were signed so it was done. The quarter panel needs painted, salesman said they would go half on it with me. I drive off and it shuts down at every single light. I immediately complain. The service department only repaired the alignment not the 4 other complaints one being the BAD CVT TRANSMISSION TORQUE CONVERTER! They insist the car is fine. Shutting off makes the car unsafe & I have 2 kids in the car always. I call for 2 weeks before GM Charlie says "per the contract he has no obligation to make any repairs and has no interest in doing them." Owner refuses to return my calls and I call 4x a day. The codes have been cleared 2 days prior to my buying it so they cannot say they did not KNOWING SELL ME AN UNSAFE VEHICLE!

On the morning of December 11th I took my 2012 Ford Fusion in to be worked on. I provided a list of things a shop in GA told me needed done and asked them to double check it and let me know. The first guy said I’d hear something within an hour or two, then Ryan said I would hear from them sometime the next day. When Ryan called he said the only thing wrong was a transmission seal leak and the hub bearing (front driver side) needed changed. Needless to say I was pleasantly shocked it was not worse. He said fixing these two things would cost ***** ****** ** labor)… since I was traveling to Ohio for Christmas I didn’t really have much choice but to say yes. My car was ready and I left on Thursday morning. I drove a short way and noticed a horrible noise coming from the front end. I made it to Legacy Ford in Corbin, KY and they took the car in immediately. They notified me that my front suspension was shot and was not safe to be on the road. That I had to have 3 tie rods replaced and needed new tires (which I knew). I had to pay another $1200 for the tie rods, tires, mount, balance and alignment. I called Tony the Service Manager at Short-Redmond and he assured me that he was livid this took place, that he would talk to his supervisor and that Ryan and John (the mechanic) would probably not have jobs there any longer. Tony said that they would make it right for me. He said he would call me within a couple days. On Dec. 19th, Ryan calls and says that he is sorry for the situation and that the mechanic no longer works there. He said for the inconvenience they were going to make sure next time I needed it I would get a free tire rotation and oil change. I asked him if he was seriously telling me this is their offer to “make it right” when they put my daughter and myself in danger. He said he would talk to Tony again and call me back. As of today, Jan. 9th, I have not heard from them.

June 8, 2023 Found a car online through a service. Contacted them via text. The salesmen Cash was his name did a virtual tour and test drive. During the tour the car was cranked and the fans stayed ion the whole time. I added him about it and he said that he would have ot fixed and his comp ay does inspections fully before selling cars. He assured me that it would be taken care of. I paid a down payment signed paperwork. They gave me a warranty that I found out doesn't start until 30 days after. The car came of the transport truck from TN to FLa in my drivewayand the fan was on and would not shut off. So he did get it taken care of. I contacted them and they said oh yes we will make it right. Let us know what's wrong after someone looks at it. I took it to the Audi dealership in Tampa. They have serviced my other car for years. They ran a diagnostic and found the fans were stuck on high and shorted out. They also found a crankshaft issue and nutters drain from fans being on. Dealership said nothing they can do to help. After promising to make it right. Ofdly enough the salesman Cash was now fired. They refused to pay for the fans. A code was thrown on this car in Jan 2023 first time so they knew this car had issues. I have tried to work with them. They refused. I an a female I feel they took advantage of me as they saw me coming. Easy prey to get rid of the car. 3800 out my pocket for fans alone. Even the warranty company said they really are so wrong. Never would talk on phone just text. Told me if they called me it's recorded? I hope so. I have contacted the fincace company. Disputed down payment with bank. Emailed one of the partners for the dealership. I feel helpless and taken advantage of. They won't do anything to compensate the fans. Car was 32k and 800 to ship. And now more money to fix.
