WILL WALK OFF JOBS. Hired **** to remove a load baring wall in early 2021. He lied and said he consulted a structural engineer about the project and assured us do he could do the job. After the top floor of our house began caving in and consulting an actual structural engineer, the beams they installed were incorrect and overloaded by 325%. While giving **** six+ months to gather money needed to fix the project, he came back out to install columns that his crew put in the wrong spot. Asking for an explanation why, he was irate, said we were talking 'nonsense' and walked off the job. We've made attempts to reach out, all which have been ignored. Now we will have to pay another company to finish the project and be out more money with a different remodel we didn't want but had to settle on due to his negligence.

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/26) */ This is the only job I have ever pulled my men off of. I will not debate back and forth with this unreasonable customer. 75% of what she has stated is fabricated to fit for her. Columns were put where structural engineer required. She had a week to look at them till she decided she wanted one moved 6 inches. We did all we could to resolve this issue. There will be no refund as we have spent thousands correcting the structural issue. As far as myself and my company is concerned, we're done. We have 100s of satisfied customers and it's unfortunate that this one can't be pleased.
