I scheduled carpet cleaning from their website that advertised a 3 room special for approximately $189. When the person arrived he assessed the carpet (which did have some pet stains) and quoted me a price of over $1,000! He and I discussed it further over the phone and agreed on a price of approximately $730. I was not at the property, however my mother and daughter were. For that price, he agreed to treat the pet stain spots in the den downstairs with a special technique that extracts the stain from the padding as well as the carpet itself and to treat all stains in the living room upstairs. There was a third room that he refused to clean because in the closet there was some water damage to the carpet. I didn't understand why he couldn't clean the rest of the room, but he refused saying that his corporate office wouldn't allow him to touch any area that had water damage. When I arrived home about an hour after he had finished I noticed that the carpet was left much too wet. The following morning after it was partially dry, I noticed that the stains were reappearing. I contacted him and told him I was displeased with the outcome. He came back a week or so later and we went through each room and I showed him every stain that he had left. He gave me two options, he would come back on a dryer day and try to remove the stains a 2nd time or he would partially refund me $380 of the $730. Judging by his inability to tell me whether he would be successful at removing the stains, I agreed to a partial refund of $380. However, the carpet looks worse than it did when he started the job, and I feel that he used unsavory business practices to offer three rooms for $189 and then increase the price to over $1,000 once her was there. I asked him for his corporate office number and he could not or would not give it to me. I haven't been able to locate a corporate office online for this company.
