We purchased our vehicle 3 months ago, I waited to leave a review to make sure the tags and title were all done in a timely fashion. I called Brian for a Dent Dr referral he said give me a minute I'm with a customer and I'll call you back. He called me back with 2 Names and numbers. He asked about our daughter Kailey, she was in a cast at the time of purchase, my wife was surprised he remembered. Great customer service. Thanks

My husband & I had a great experience being @ Alcoa Auto Center! We bought exactly what we were looking for. The people there are all so friendly. Ms Vickie ******, the finance manager was a godsend! She took all the time we needed & all the several 100s of questions that both, my husband & I had & wanted to ask. She thoroughly explained each option for us & was so sweet & understanding the whole time! All the staff there treated us like close family/friends as soon as we walked onto the lot. I’ve had some previously bad experiences buying, and trading, vehicles so I was actually dreading the experience. Once we got there we were already discouraged from other places, but they made it so inviting & comfortable. My husband also really enjoyed our experience & now he says that he has new friends from there! Thank you to Alcoa Auto Center and especially the staff, we are extremely satisfied and will be life long customers now??

I bought a vehicle recently and was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the sales staff. They had the car I wanted at the right price and treated me fairly. Vickie in Finance was AWESOME! She got me a monthly payment I could afford. I recommend Alcoa Auto Center if you want a fair deal.

We purchased a Honda CRV for our niece and had a great experience.

Buyer beware!!! Husband bought me a van from there for Christmas, they pulled the check engine light scam! Reset the check engine light and as soon as you get home, the check engine light comes on!!! They took my car and had it for a month, promising to repair it and wouldn't tell me what was wrong or what they did to it. Got it home and the check engine light came on AGAIN with other issues, they took it again... kept the car and gave it back again and the check engine light came on when I get home AGAIN!!!! Brian will no longer answer my call and I'm looking at timing chain issues and bad head gasket possibly blown engine. Even though he claims he owns every car on the lot, the cars are actually owned by a different car lot in Knoxville with a bad reputation of scamming people, if you try to get answers from them they just tell you they don't speak English. Don't get yourself stuck like I am with no vehicle and having to make payments on a vehicle that will not run and lost money on a down payment.

I began an online conversation with this group via FB Marketplace on Sunday, 5/28/23. I asked for and was given their phone number and proceeded to call and leave a voice mail message on the Sunday evening to the dealership number at approximately 10 pm. I received a return call from one of their salesman (at approximately 8:57 am. The salesperson and I, "Brian", had a good discussion about the vehicle. I asked what was their best price if I were to purchasing those week. I advised that he would have to discuss with his partner and get back to me. Then, roughly 1 hour later, at approximately 10:07 am, I received a return phone call from one of the sales folks saying that they could get "me out the door" at "$8,300 and change". I thought that was too low and asked for them to repeat it and they repeated the same number. I verbally accepted the offer but knew they probably meant "$9,300 and change", which I was totally fine with if that indeed was the case. The salesperson then requested that I send them my name, address, phone number, as well as the same for my bank that I would be financing the vehicle through. I sent that in later that evening. The salesperson texted me all throughout the process, of whichnI have copies of all interactions, being phone call, texts and emails. The salesperson then emailed me a Buyer's Order Document that listed the price as $10,341 which is right at $1,000 more than the quoted price of $9,300 and change. When I questioned this higher price, the salesperson said that I misheard and that this the price. I protested again and even informed them that was going to submit this to the BBB. They resent the Buyer's Order where they corrected my name from the original Buyer's Order, but he price remained the incorrect $10,341. I therefore messaged them that they can keep the vehicle and I was going to contact this agency and local office. In conclusion, I feel I was treated poorly and without respect.
