We reached out to Patton Plumbing due to a leak in the half bathroom downstairs from our top floor shower and to look at a leaky faucet in 2nd shower. See below:Day 0- Call to schedule repair Day 1 (10/10)- *********************** Came to repair both showers, needed parts and rescheduled for (10/12)Day 2 (10/12)- ********************* Scheduled for repair at 8 am, no call no show, called office at 9:30 and they said they were looking into it. Got a call at 11 that he was on his way. Attempted repair of both showers, replaced the hardware in Blue bathroom, and replaced the seals in the master bathroom. Leaks (shower valve) appeared that evening in blue shower. Called to get fixed Day 3 (10/13)- ********************* Came back out to finish repair. "Cleaned debris from Shower valve". That evening no issues Day 4- (10/17)Leak (shower valve) reappeared in upstairs blue shower.Day 5 (10/19)- *********************** 2nd attempted repair of Shower valves. Found that it would need replacement of all shower hardware, and installation of Flow control valve in main water line. Found pressure to be 92, said the standard was 60. Was turning the repair order into a estimate order 10/19/2023, gave an estimate of $3150. Replace old 3 handle tube and shower valve and trim kit with new = **** New Pressure reducing valve (in main line) = ****. Follow up after 1 year to check pressure.Day 21- Leak (shower valve) reappeared in second shower upstairs. At this point, the company has been out several times to repair issues that have not been resolved (excluding the day 21 leak), due to the last visit with the new pressure issue. If this is accurate, the pressure issue did not occur until their rotation of workers came out to work on the plumbing. I am requesting a full refund due to the company not fixing what I paid for to be fixed. Both shower issues reappeared less then a month after repairs by the company.I will only speak with the owner, and I will only speak with him via email. Thank you. **email only**Business response

Given the circumstances, it sounds like your valve could be faulty internally. We made a good faith effort to rebuild one in its entirety. We give a one-year parts and labor warranty. Typically, we would send out the same technician on each follow-up visit, however we had to send out a different technician(s), who all came to the same conclusion. It was also recommended that a PRV be installed, due to excessive water pressure on the home. Our technicians recommended total valve replacement and a PRV.
