In May of 2020 I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima. The car had 5,000 miles on which I was told was driven by the manager. The advertised price on their website was 19,900. I pay a thousand down which should have made the price 18,900. Sometime during the paperwork exchange the price went up to 22,900.. the final straw that made me write this review is now I'm broken down in St Louis with no factory warranty. I was told every new and certified Nissan with less than 5,000 miles came with 100,000 warranty.

Bought a truck, a 2019 Nissan Frontier SV For $28,000 and some Change on Friday April 1st, Saturday April 2nd, the radio stopped working in the unit, which I understand things can happen, but it was never disclosed the car had an aftermarket radio to me by the salesman, nor anyone else in the building, when I mentioned this they stated “well we didn’t know either” really?even spoke to the finance manager who had a smirk on his face the whole time and stated “he didn’t know” I’m glad it’s funny to you, I sure hope You had a laugh at my Misfortune. Don’t these cars get inspected by a Licensed reputable dealer such as Mountain View Nissan? The service department was more helpful fortunately, they asked me to take the truck To underground sound and they handled fixing the issue as a one time courtesy, they were great and this issue was not with them. The main part I’m frustrated with is they convinced me to buy this extended warranty for $2000 that will not cover this aftermarket radio in the future, nor anything connected to it, I was under the impression it was stock, I’m not a Nissan dealer, why should the responsibility fall back on me to inspect a car before purchase? Fast forward to 04/12/2022 and I have a low left front tire warning, okay I think, maybe it just needs more air, so I fill it up to spec, next morning I wake up and it’s at 16psi, so at this point the tire is not holding air, I take it to discount tire, and they check the tire and inform me it is almost bald and they cannot safely repair the tire, and that all the other tires are also extremely low in tread and should be replaced, now this makes sense because I noticed the tires were very slippery in the rain, but it did not occur to me that it would already need new tires, after unit having it for 2 weeks, I know tires are considered “maintenance items” of course, but would you consider it acceptable to spend $1000 on new tires within 2 weeks of owning the vehicle? I would not
